I accidentally put my credit card in a cash tray and was unable to retrieve it. Two employees went out of their way, in a patient and friendly manner, to retrieve my card and allowed me to make my purchase and be on my way.Thanks to Justin and Logan.

We went to Home Depot to purchase a refrigerator. It was for sale at many other appliance stores, but Home Depot's price and services were substantially better than its competitors. The store clerk was terrific!

I recently bought a cute little house and I'm going to be frequently visiting this store for the next while. I got my new lawnmower (why burn gas or electric when you can burn calories!) and a great 100' hose that I'm going to need for my gardens, which I was very pleased with. I found everything that I needed (at the moment!) and was already eyeing what I would be getting for future projects.

I purchased a gas range and the salesperson Antonio knew his suffering. Great experience.

This store, in particular, has the nicest employees. Instead of me searching for someone to ask for help, everyone here asks if you need assistance any time they see you.

I needed a specific type of insulation product and visited several stores, including a competitor's, to find a solution. When I entered, this store's personnel greeted me and asked a few questions to help me zero in on an answer. Dianna introduced me to her team mate, Josh who quickly was able to ascertain a number of possibilities, which we discussed as he ESCORTED me to the exact place in the store that had a number of options. Well-Stocked and organized store. Kudos to the Manager and the staff here. Josh helped me to the register and went above and beyond making that my purchase was secure in my vehicle. Outstanding customer service by everyone! A special note for Josh who in the short moments we spent in the store relayed his status as a Veteran. This is exactly the kind of employee Home Depot or any company wants to train and promote. Josh is knowledgeable, helpful, smart and a VET! Can't miss with people like Josh and Dianna.

I had an issue regarding the purchase of a refrigerator and receiving one free, I was initially told one would just show up, no invoice or anything, this didn't sit well with me so I did some research and found out this in fact wasn't the case. I spoke with Summer at Cust service and Manager John, they both listened, helped me with correcting my order and offered more assistance. Summer and John both went above and beyond, but what I took away most was that they actually listened to my concerns and acted on my concerns. Thank you Summer and John, keep up the great work!

Very clean store compared to other Home Depots

The Customer Relations and Service team always has a smile on their face and is willing to help and answer any questions. By far the best store around Albany to shop at!

DIY Rehab made easy. The help that I get makes the rehab better. I get a understanding and education with great service.

I’m an apartment manager for 30 years. I periodically purchase products that have some type of issue, most recently with a door entry lock. Kyle, one of the newer managers, helped me resolve the issue by returning the faulty lock to the vendor and replacing it with a new lock. Very helpful since I didn’t have to make a claim to the manufacturer.

Home Depot, you should offer more customer service training to your employees, especially the ones who are at your customer serv/ returns counter. Actually greeting, looking at the customer and responding to the customer when they ask a question would be topics you should offer, just the courteous, basics, Home Depot.

Everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly, but Tracey Leach deserves special mention. I'm new to DIY, so she actually demonstrated how to use the products I wanted and she helped me chose the tools that best fit MY abilities, strength and needs. A few days earlier, a Manager (whose name I failed to get) replaced a year old floor model lawnmower that Ryobi wouldn't honor the warrantee on. Ryobi said that I had been given the wrong battery with the floor model . I brought in the battery, hoping for a new one, I showed him my receipt, and with no fuss, he offered to exchange it for this year's model at no extra cost! I've been telling everyone how honorable snd helpful this store's staff is.

Home Depot on Central Avenue in Albany NY is the BEST PLACE to SHOP for all HOME IMPROVEMENT NEEDS. Found exactly what I was looking for Assistance was offered upon entrance into the store. Store was very CLEAN and SANITIZED. Associates were very friendly and accomodating MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATIONS !!!!!!!

Sue and Kim always make my day a little brighter. They always help with any questions and find me the answers I need. As a busy contractor they get me in and out of line very quickly It’s always nice to see them behind the counter
