I have been to the store multiple times in the last week for several house projects. I asked questions of multiple people in various parts of the store and *everyone* seemed happy to help me and work there!

Today it was very well staffed. VERY friendly employees. Had everything I was wanting.

we went in to purchase a grill we saw online. They did not have it in store even though the website said they had some in stock. Zinab assisted us and made great recommendations! I cannot say enough good things about her. She listened to what we wanted and what we felt was important and made recommendations based on that. Zinab was amazing!!

This was a total disappointment. I paid $40 for an appointment with a contractor to come out to my apartment in a condo building in order to have discussion about replacing my balcony door. Also, to measure. Days later (with no notification) and after going to the store, I was told they do not do that work in high rise buildings. No one called me about this and I could not get thru to the store on the phone. It just rang and rang. Finally, I went into the store and only then did I find out they would not do the work.

I’m a contractor and I thought I could rely on placing all my orders online for pick up and I have to say that this is definitely not the way to shop. I put the orders in days in advance and when I go to pick up the order, they are missing items or they were filled incorrectly. Do not rely on placing online orders. I often have to pick up the incorrectly, filled order and immediately return it at the same desk because by the time that they get it right, I have already completed the jobs. This is sad that a contractor who gives them a lot of business cannot rely on Home Depot to do things correctly.

Store staff consistently provide answers to merchandise questions and helpful tips on their use. .

Home Depot staff provided me outstanding service today when I was purchasing a Weber barbecue grill. The manager of the Customer Service area was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In fact, all of the folks I dealt with in the area where I had to pay for the Weber barbecue grill were professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I strongly recommend Home Depot in purchasing items such as a Weber barbecue grill.

Asked multiple people for assistance getting something down from a high shelf since the floor was not stocked. Took 45 minutes and 3 different people to even attempt to help. Then only self check out so had to wait more, all while many employees just wondered around the store looking around.

This store is my "go to" for quick purchases that I would rather buy in person and not on line. Really helpful, friendly staff!

The customer service employee Mr. Hunter was friendly, professional and processed my return item, reimbursement and ordering another item. There were several persons ahead of me when other service desk employees quickly helped those customers.

They had what we needed...prices not bad and the staff was very very helpful.

I had many challenges with my project and Home Depot had always been prompt in accommodating my changes with fast shipping and painless returns. I am very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the Home Depot team.

I have been coming to this Home Depot for about seven years. Usually, the customer service is average. There’s been a few representatives that have been pretty good but this last visit a gentleman by the name of Curtis, who worked in Plumbing weren’t above and beyond best customer service I’ve had since I’ve moved to the DMV.

I had a return and I was second in line, the customer service male agent finished with the first in line and turned around without helping me!

I shop in this particular store almost every day of the week. The store meets my needs most of the time. This store relax, sufficient staffing but because I know it so well I am able to help myself. Because it is one of the smaller stores it doesn’t stock everything that I always need so I end up ordering online and having things shipped to my job. The staff at the store is kind and helpful, but I believe overworked. Show your appreciation to them as most of them are dedicated long-term employees.

I was greeted by Mr. Jeff in the lighting aisle while looking at light fixtures. I was very uncertain about which light fixture would be best for my dining room area. Mr. Jeff was very polite and patient. He was so helpful and really showed his expertise when it comes to appliances. He was professional and very keen to ensure that I found exactly what I wanted. Mr. Jeff is the golden standard for customer service and mastery of tradecraft. Promote that man! Thank you Jeff!

After weeks of delays on a custom order, and frustration with lack of communication, we were very disappointed when we went to collect the door with the attitude of the two young women at the customer service area. When trying to call we spent two days on the phone and never reached a person. We will not be shopping at this store again. If I could give zero stars, I would!

Only complaint is lack of HDX toilet paper for months. If it’s selling out that fast……MORE PRODUCT IS REQUIRED!

Waited a long time (over 20 minutes) for service. And then, after getting home with the hallway runner I bought, found it was about 4” shorter than I asked and paid for. Not a big deal but definitely disappointing.

I just bought regular household supplies. However, the trip was outstanding because of the friendly, helpful and courteous staff throughout the store.

If you want to exchange your empty propane tank for a full one, be ready to wait

I frequent this store almost everyday for my business needs. Customer service is better than other local stores such as L….S Associates will ignore customers or put them on the back burner is another associates interrupts them. Very unprofessional behavior. I’ve spoken to supervisors who agree a customer should be first priority but the behavior continues!

The sales associate was lazy and told me the item I was looking for was only sold in the winter. I decided to check online and found the aisle and bay where I located the item. However., my check out service was great.

They were ready to help me, they are very kind and the place is clean and well put together.

I have never had such good customer service. Anywhere. I walked out of the store with merchandise and a smile on my face. Really !!
