This HD is always fabulous, today my cashier Metshet was super friendly and easy to work with. She was helpful and made it a pleasure to shop!

The lumber department was very helpful. They got the wood down for me, cut the pieces I needed. The cashier was very friendly and even found somebody to help load my car. Customer service is always busy, but they were helpful as well. I highly recommend this store.

The staff is very attentive and make sure you are getting the products that you need. For example, Mr. Punch was very helpful with the different spray paints and which type of spray paint will be best for my project. In addition, he was very helpful with the color that I could not decide and Mr. Punch offered his advice between heirloom white and regular white.

I met the store manager Melanie, she help with the products that I need and help me push my cart to the cashier. It was very nice of her. I would give her a ten stars if we had that options.

You will find in this store everything you are looking fore. Very clean, the workers are charming and willing to help, very respectful and are extremelly efficient.

Do yourself a favor - shop at this Home Depot! Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, polite staff will help speed-up retail experience. In particular, look for the cashier - Biz Uhan. He is one of the BEST cashiers around. Home Depot is lucky to have him. .

This store is always neat and if you go during the week, it's never too crowded. The staff is also always very helpful and parking is easy. I live equidistant to this store and the HD in Falls Church and I prefer this one 1000 times over!

The S. Pickett Home Depot in Alexandria has by far the best customer service for Home Depots in the DMV area! All of their employees are eager to help you, very knowledgeable on products and locations, and they go above and beyond to assist you as a customer.

TOM (IN THE GARDEN DEPT) ASSISTED WITH THE CHRISTMAS DISCOUNTED ITEMS. HE WAS HELPFUL AND TIED THE ORNAMENTS TO MY CAR. HE WAS CONSIDERATE AND KIND.

A rude guy manning the desk at the machine rental -might be a Latino guy with the name John or Johnny or Juan had so much attitude and refused to demonstrate a machine to me. After talking to another person, the supervisor asked him to demo it. He was reluctant and still had the bad attitude. At one point he even said - "This is self-explanatory!". If it was self-explanatory, then I would not have asked. So I went home and realized the machine was for small tiles, and not for bigger tiles. So I returned it the next day. When I came in, he saw me and immediately turned his back on me as if to refuse to serve me again. I love Home Depot and this particular employee just destroys a good company's name. He should be taught proper customer services. I felt so mistreated, discriminated and I felt so sorry about myself when I went home. Please do something about this, or else your clients will think twice about coming to this neighborhood Home Depot.

Visited this store to obtain touch-up paint and new locks for a rental unit. The paint section manager. Larry, was very professional. knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the available paint options & helped me get a color to match the wall I needed to touch-up. I also needed to replace all the locks in a rental unit. Initially, I could not find anyone to help me, but then Larry came by and I asked him for help. Wow, he is not only a paint expert, but he knows his lock sets and keys. He explained the "smart key" system which meets my long term needs, but helped me find the locks I needed and then made extra keys for me. I recommend this store for its customer assistance and excellent stock.

This store is my number one stop every time I need something. It hasn't been one time when I haven't had a nice experience. My first big project using this store was my kitchen remodeling. I couldn't be more satisfied with the way everything came out. Sofia, the kitchen specialist was the best! So bad she is not with Home Depot any more. Definitely the best when compared to the Springfield or the Little River Pkway stores. Staff is professional and helpful!! Way to go!!

Always a good place to go for home repairs and improvement items. Workers are helpful, courteous, polite and knowledgeable of products. So that is most of the reason why I have never had a poor experience here.

I needed 4 key copies made. The first employee to help me fussed at me bc I didn't have the keys to copy Off of my key ring. I told him I couldn't get them off and was hoping he could help me. He didn't even attempt and walked away and then asked another male employee walking by to help. This employee did get my keys off the key ring but it was by using his mouth. I was so GROSSED OUT! I watched him put the keyring in his mouth and the key edge to get it off. He even Pulled the key ring metal out so now it looked like a cork screw and I couldn't use the original key ring anymore! Unbelievable. So now I have some strangers saliva on my 2 keys and my key ring and a damaged key ring so I am forced to buy another one. Every other employee I passed asked how I was or if I needed assistance, but I would NOT RECOMMEND this store if you need key copies made. Absolutely disgusting. I don't even think the guy who used his mouth was working in the key machine area, but the guy who asked him to help was rude too, so either way , NO.

The cashier Fatuma was the rudest person I've ever come across in customer service .

Good quality of merchandise and employees

There was a discrepancy about the price of my product on Monday 11/7/1026. I am disabled and I wasn't feeling well. I was in a lot of pain so I made use of your electrical shopping scooter. The cashier who was very helpful with a pleasant personality. Her name is Darlene!!! I appreciated her concern and assistance. Very Grateful!

Each time I have visited this store, everyone has been helpful. In the past few weeks, I have bought a fridge, general items and as I am in the middle of a renovation, items as I need them. I recently opened up an account with one of your associates - I could have chose Lowes, but I like the service I get at this location better.

excellent service at moment of purchasing my new clothes washer

Gave specific dimensions on window shades. Associate said it had to be reduced by 1/2 inch to accommodate the brackets. Shade cutter has a specific setting for inside "tip to tip" length which he ignored and cut the shades so short they were unusable. We went to a competitor, gave the same dimensions and their employee cut the shades correctly.

The ladies Lyn and kaykay had extremely long lines they were able to help the other gentleman in expediting the line !

Bottom line...always have what I need, prices good, easy parking and check out is fast and friendly!
