Clean and organized store where the employees are friendly and helpful.

This is my go to store to rebuild and put my house back together.

this is the best one in a ten mile radius. all workers I've talked with are extremely helpful

I go here about 3 times a month and the workers have always been friendly and helpful

A kind hearted employee named Maria went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I needed. Her shift was about to end when noticed I was frustrated after been given the run-around. In the process of helping me take measurements Maria suffered a deep cut on her finger. I felt terrible knowing that she would not have sustained an injury if she had just gone home without helping me. I am deeply grateful for her sacrifice.

Very knowledgeable staff no matter what section I went into there was someone to help me. gave me some suggestions for things that I hadn't thought about. this store is my crack.

The employee are nice and helpful. They would give me some ideas when I asked.

Cashier Susana is very rude. She yelled to us.

I always get help from home depot employ to find out what do we need. Nobody says 'no' when I need to help. Return center or customer service place workers always accept every problem. It always has what do we need about product. Items are high cost performance. I can even purchase on online or get delivery.

Well, the race to the bottom continues... When will this corporation realize that "it should be over on isle 17" or "it probably has a battery in it" are not actual answers. Should & probably are not answers, they are guesses.....

My experience with Kay, Cesar, Mary and Mario, dating from 09/11/2017 - 09/22/2017, was outstanding. I will definitely come back to your store, some people don't realize the importance of customer service. It looks to me that your people do. Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Art in PLUMBING is super helpful and know how to get things done and what you need to get your work done. Also, this store is well stocked with product like copper pipe and fittings etc.

The supplies are abundant, not like the one in El Monte that was short supplies very often.

I returned items that I purchased on my home Depot credit card n the clerk asked if I wanted store credit. They will credit you debit n home Depot credit card but some clerks are quick to judge so be altert...

I appreciate the fact that this store is easily accessible for the Alhambra, South Pasadena,, el sereno, and Monterey Park communities. Also, your shelves seem to always be neatly stocked and items are easy to look for. Should we need assistance, there are generally customer representatives in each section that are willing to help.

I love shopping here! It has every little thing you can ever imagine. I love the proximity to where I live. The staff is friendly, however, I do feel it is under staffed, but all in all, I love Home Depot. I come here often. Store is clean and cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Found Alhambra Home Depot to be cleaner and over all friendlier than others. People were actively helpful and took the time to explain things to us and to show us the difference between certain types of wood etc. checkout was also quicker, knowledgeable, and friendlier than other stores.

I will always go to this Home Depot even though I have a store closer to me.

I visited the Home Depot store in Alhambra, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable, they answering all my questions, I was very satisfied with their service

Our last visit was made memorable by an employee ( Pedro) who went above and beyond in helping us finish our project. He even went as far as helping us again the following day! All in all we had an excellent experience and plan on returning. :)

The sales associates are very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They treat their customers with passion, susb as Barbara in Garden department, Who goes above and beyond to help customers like me to get what I am looking for. Not only did she find right product, she helped me to clean the chain saw, and put the new chain to the machine, she me how to use machine properly.The temperature was 104 outside, I was calmed down by Barbara action. I was so touched. Barbara definitely is great asset to Home Depot

Took 20 minutes to get a key made. Asked at least 4 employees for help and there answer was always we will call someone. Will not be coming back tho this homedepot
