I returned to my local Home Depot last night after I noticed I had been incorrectly charged for a bundle of Tile at the Mid Wilshire store. The first employee told me to call corporate. Melissa however, took ownership. She figured out what the problem was and adjusted the amount I was charged. I appreciate an employee like Melissa who doesn't take the easy way out but takes the time to figure out what she can do to help. Awesome employees like Melissa should be a appreciated.

If you live in Alhambra area, this store is definitely close and convenient for you to shop by.

Associate was not at all friendly or helpful. Gave hard time in returning the product even if the item was not opened or used. Checked again and again three times to see if she can find a reason to refuse return. I would rather go to OSH in South Pasadena for my next shopping.

Abraham provided great customer service and went above and beyond. He helped me load product into my car as well. Bobby manager was also very nice greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed any help.

Every time I shop in this store, it's always a wonderful and learning experience, employees are very knowledgeable, they tell you the right thing to do on your project, they explain everything in details, they help you save money in all possible ways, they're very honest, this is the only store I trust, I always end up very satisfied. The staff is so great!!!!! The guys from the wood aisle and the paint section are the best they really explain everything and help you till your happy with what you've decide I couldn't be happier!

I ask for help in finding a certain item and was not only told the aisle number but was walked over to the item.

This store is Wonderful but needs a little more attention to having the shelves full and stocked, and remind the outside cashiers that costumer service doesn't come from the costumer but is provided to the costumer to keep a costumer, thank you.

Staff consistently available, helpful, from pvc pipe and lumber cutting, paint selection, location of items, tool accessories, why treated lumber could not be cut. I like to research, pick accordingly, but when out of my depth, good to have experts to rely on. Rejected offer of HD staff help to load concrete blocks into my car; really appreciated the offer to help.

woman with tattoos and young man were useless for help in door department they had better things to do so I helped myself and did a good job aug. 3rd 2016

Mark P in lumber went above and beyond with he took the time to help me map out and make multiple cuts required for my potting bench project. His knowledge, skill and execution were flawless! He save me SO MUCH TIME since I would have been making the cuts otherwise at home with a circular saw. I cannot thank Mark enough!

I love Home Depot, but their staff really needs to become more knowledgeable about the location of items. I realize that they have tons of items, but if they don't know what something is, please take the additional steps to direct them to someone who can help. Also, them floors are really dusty where the concrete and lumber are, and should be cleaned more often.
