Love and hate coming here love that I always find what I need hate I find new products to install or improve my home I spend more then I want lol but I guess that's a great thing

This store is the closest to us but often times the customer service is not so great. Finding someone to help has gotten better but its still needs improvement.

I purchased online to pick up in store. The associate who assisted me in the christmas lights never came back after she said she would check for me. I walked over to customer care and they were able to assist me. My item was never pulled and it was no longer in stock. I had to settle for what they could find similar to what i wanted.

On November 27, 2015, around 1:30 PM in the afternoon, I went shopping at the Home Depot, In Alhambra and I couldn't have asked for a better or more positive sales associate! I was helped by George Tan in Appliances, who was very professional, easy to work with, very knowledgeable about all the refrigerators, and helped me find the perfect one I was searching for. He was very friendly to me. Even though the store was extremely busy the day I was there, George was patient and made sure to answer all of my questions and my mother's too! He even helped me locate the refrigerator I wanted to buy. My mother was so impressed by George's customer service that we decided to just purchase our refrigerator from Home Depot, and we didn't even bother to go shopping at Lowe's or Sears for comparison shopping! George truly provided excellent and exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Great help at returns register. I was able to get comped an item I purchased 2 days prior that was now on sale.

I've been to other Home Depots (City of Industry, Pico Rivera, Commerce) but the Home Depot in Alhambra is the one I travel to even though it is a tough to get through in traffic. Why? This is the only Home Depot that I've frequented where an associate greets you at the door and you don't have to go searching for an associate to help you. Checkout is easy especially when you order online. If you know what you want I recommend ordering online. It's pain free and fast. Try it!

Your sales associate Maria was very helpful with my purchase tonight. She was patient, knowledgable, and friendly. The store manager Dave Lemus was professional and I appreciate his superb customer service along with the time he took with me. They both ensured I would walk away happy and they are complete assets to the company! Overall, I was quite satisfied and I look forward to shopping here again because of these two.

Walked in to buy glue and walked out with Glue and an air conditioning system! David Lemus was beyond helpful. He was friendly, communicated clearly, and knowledgeable. He was able to asnwer questions to any concern I had. He was very professional. Maria the cashier was very pleasant as well. She answered all the questions I had about the purchased protection plan. David Lemus and Maria made my experience at Home Depot very pleasant. I will continue to shop here! Thank you for your great customer service!

Noticed in previous visits, looking for (for example) wainscoting paneling for bathroom, lack of stock and mis-placed stock. Irwindale store had what I needed, in sizes not available here. When I'd asked, was told it just wasn't available. Both store and Website has wildly differing (and inaccurate) descriptions of stock in several areas; someone knowledgeable HAS to supervise this. Good luck!

VERY GOOD PLACE FOR HANDYMAN, BUT WISH HAD MORE CHINESE SERVICE.

we walked in and were immediate asked if we needed assistance. The associate that helped us was great. Thank you Maria for helping my Mom and I was our water heater.

This particular store is clean, uncluttered and more than sufficiently stocked for my needs! Plus, they have super friendly associates.

Use the self checkout. It's easier, faster, and an associate is always there to help should you make an error or have a problem.

The return line was service by two employees even though I was the only one waiting. She was quick, efficient and friendly. Very professionally run store

Great help from a gentleman. forgot his name, but he works in the lumber area and has dark hair with a beard. I can always count on him to provide great knowledge and guidance. He is always happy to help.

I went in looking for a small desk lamp, I found it right away, did not have to ask for assistance, although I don't think there was a wide variety to chose from, but I purchased one because of its small size and good price. I usually use the self-check-out, had no problem, fast.

I was very satisfied with all the store associates, they were very helpful, keep up the good work.

We had a question about the shower faucet and asked an associate to help. She was knowledgeable but when she answered the question she was very brief and not being very clear. We had to figure out ourselves after she answered.

The paint we picked out and purchased did not match the mosaic tiles in our bathroom. When we brought it back, LOUI went above and beyond our expectation to assist us with the fix. He was very patient, courteous and knowledgable. Thank you, Loui, for providing us with excellent customer service.

the store clerks were friendly & very helpful... walked me to the aisle where i needed to get something. cashier was very friendly as well & had a good sense of humor. the only thing frustrating was - i was looking for a stand up fan, but the clerks said they sold out a month ago. i feel that this item should be in stock for all season!

the associates are always willing to help me find the products i need. I also find that the cashiers are always cheerful and happy to help as well.

I'm not sure what's going on at the Alhambra Home Depot, but it's not the same . It's extremely difficult to get assistance and the associates have become unfriendly and uninterested in helping customers. I've been shopping there for years and in the past have always been treated extremely well. The last several times I have shopped there, I have had to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get any assistance and when someone finally does come, they either have an attitude like you're bothering them or they are dismissive and uncaring. I'm seriously thinking about going to another hardware store for my future needs.

This store has the best prices with the best help.

Very kind and helpful associates at the paint section at this store. Had a problem (I didn't like the color I had originally selected), went back the second time, they patiently helped me resolve my issue, and the guy that had helped me the first time remembered me and came over to ask how my project had gone. Very impressive! and thoughtful.
