I’ve had multiple projects throughout the years with building and constructing bars and Home Depot has always been my go to place for materials and inspiration. My business partners and I have gone to every single location in the great LA area. I’ve always had great customer service but the one that stood out is this Alhambra location. The staff was all stellar from start to finish. I had several employees ask if I needed anything on numerous occasions and Jesse the store manager runs a very well oiled machine there. They have enough carts for anything you purchase. I’ve had times at other locations where I cannot find flatbed carts and make it difficult for me to manage all items on smaller carts. This Alhambra location is spot on and consistent every time and will definitely keep me coming back! -Damian

Good customer service, I've found everything I needed very easily...

I had Chloe as the attendant at self checkout on 11/19/19. I asked if she could help me ring up two pieces of wood. She first asked me "what did you do?!". Indicating I had done something wrong. Then, I had to grab her for help again because I grabbed an extension chord with no SKU. She then said "why would you do that?!". As if I intentionally grabbed this item so I could have her help me again. I told her I didn't mean to do that and I found it in a box like that. She said "another customer must have done that, it wasn't us". Way to lay blame on the customer. She looked in the system for the SKU, was super frustrated and suggested I purchase the $90 item. I eventually asked if she could hold down the register while I went to get another chord. When I came back, she was nowhere to be found. When I left the store, she just yelled "BYE!" at me. A true delight to work with.

I've been a costumer for this Alhambra store for many years, like the employees pretty friendly.

Restrooms were clean. Easy to find employees for questions.

Found what I need, very friendly employees. They are always willing to ho out of their way to help who ever needs it.

This store does not much of a selection on any item. Just the closest to my home.

Spent over an hour and a half waiting for someone to help me

This store, clean fully stocked a helpful staff as well as friendly plenty of parking don't have to wait long for a employee to load my car happy ending for me.

I went in to find a refrigerator. The employee was busy he had no help. I had to wait awhile for his assistance. Once he was free he helped me out. I bid buy the refrigerator but did not like the fact that it would be delivered till next Friday.

I went in looking for right top load washer that met the LADWP rebate program. An associate also walked me through the process of what documents I will need and also explained the entire process. Most associates are also multilingual - Mandarin, English, Spanish, and Tagalog!

online service maybe can take more proactive positive help

Ignorant cashiers. Don't know what a DD214 is and as such, won't grant Veteran's Discount. Don't know how to scan merchandize. You may have to help them.

Miss being part of the team. This store has been superior to the others ive been to with my new job, i always get great customer service. And ive never had a problem with instock.

five star should be given for this Home Depot Alhambra, unfortunately some employees needs proper ethics training and product related training. Kudos to all who I learned a lot from a particular products and usage of the product. And always enjoy seeing happy cashiers especially I think building dept cash registers. And lastly the lady ( most likely HR) that always smiles to evrybody and always ask if we need any assistance. If only all employees of Home Depot can be like this HR lady, happy cashiers and some plumbing, building and tools personnel. You'll feel like home at this Home Depot.

Great place to shop and always a fun experiance and I can take my kids and they have a blast!

I feel Home Depot is a great store to shop. They have great sale's. They have everything you need for your home. They have wonderful customer services.

This review is directed towards Ray from Met(Mat?) team. I hope he is able to get the recognition he deserves for his amazing customer service. I went into the store clueless and utterly lost as I have 0 experience in construction/plumbing etc. If it wasn't for Ray I would be rating the store 0 stars as I had a hard time finding a staff and when I did find a floor staff I wasn't sure if they hated their life or their job in that moment (they didn't seem like the happiest campers that day). I understand if someone can have a bad day, but it was a fairly consistent attitude and I just needed help looking for a heat gun and wiring. I was so fortunate to find Ray who dropped what he was doing to help me out even though floor assistance isn't his position, which made me appreciate his efforts more. He was patient enough to assist me with all my questions which meant walking back and forth in the store. And while he was helping me other customers kept asking for his help which he was able to redirect to floor staff or call for assistance. Like a firefighter putting out fires he did an amazing job, even though it wasn't even his job too. Thank you!!

Clean and friendly store.

I cannot imagine shopping anywhere else for home improvement supplies. Home Depot in addition to extending a 10% military discount all 365 days of the year they always have everything I need and bonus they also have remarkable and competent staff. I appreciate Home Depot and appreciate your staffing individuals who offer exemplary customer service.

Mary and Priscilla, were are very helpful. Even when the computers were down, they found a way to complete the transaction. Thanks and I will be back!

My wife and I had a pleasant experience here with an awesome employee by the name of Socorro she went above and beyond to get us the particular item we needed and had a great smile and great attitude the whole time.

It seems fairly big and maybe more well-stocked compared to other Home Depot stores. There's some traffic from forklifts going through the aisles.

The Alhambra store is an excellent place to purchase plants, home improvement materials, and tools. The employees are always very helpful whenever being asked questions by the customer. The store is always neat and clean and that goes for the men's restroom. Nothing but excellent shopping experiences at this store.
