I purchased a freezer/refrigerator for use in my shed for storing mushrooms and vegetables for sale. Nice to see that there are “garage” appliances available. Pickup purchase and loading all textbook. However, in getting the unit home, it was missing one of the studs to secure the door handle. A stupid little stud which is what I’ll remember first. The unit also did not include any “plugs” to cover the offside holes in the door (the handles are reversible. I tried leaving a message fir my salesman but it ended up in limbo Refrigerator is a Vissani and appears well made

I just purchased a wash machine and I am so happy with the selection. Delivery was fast and well organized. I could not be more happier.

My vanity installed today. Would not have been possible without several HD associates assisting Marlene and Carmen in finding similar vanity to the one which I had paid for in advance that had been lost or destroyed by communication’s mixup. I’ll shop there again. Often!

Purchased Panasonic 2.2 Cu Ft Countertop Microwave 1250-watts. (stainless steel). Was replacement for 30 year old built in Whirlpool microwave. Panasonic was best pick for size needed (14 high x 24 wide). Microwave cooks and re-heats food much faster than our old 700watt unit.

I got a normal 12 inch rough-in toilet to replace a broken one at home, but when the plumber came to install it he said there wasn't room and I needed the 10 inch rough-in. I was in a rush because the plumbers were waiting at my house, and I knew I as likely to need help liftin the toilet, so I asked customer service about where to find a flat-bed cart and she called back to the toilets to let them know I was coming and would need help. I identified the one I needed in display but couldn't find the actual item when an employee found me and helped me look. I had given up on finding it and was about to let the plumbers know that they would have to come back another day when he found the correct model on a pallet on the very top shelf. Another employee drove the forklift to get the pallet down, and the two worked very efficiently retrieve the exact toilet I needed and the first employee helped me all the way through checkout on out to loading my car. I was in and out of the store with my new toilet in 36 minutes, and the plumbers were able to install it without charging me for another trip. I REALLY appreciate all the help!

Employees could care less, rude and lazy

I love shopping at Alpharetta store. I always have great time shopping there along with my dog who enjoys friendly associates.

I recently looked up Joist Hangers online priced at $1.98-$2.06 but not available in store not marked in any way on website. closes one in store was $2.60

It’s very hard to find an employee to help you there. Although I did see a few standing around talking amongst themselves.

Went to this Home Depot for some simple HVAC tools and repair parts. Couldn't find anyone to help me and when I finally did he acted like I was bothering him and suggested I "use AI" to figure out to to address my repair. Come on HD you can do better!!!

I had a plumber reroute some lines to put a faucet outside, which required cutting holes in the walls. A handyman will patch and paint the walls. I bought paint and items to repair. Everyone was helpful. I like that HD stores paint colors for touch up,

I have shopped in this location many times a while back. I always had trouble finding someone to help. I went in to find a washer this past weekend and noticed a lot more employees around to help. I did not have to go looking for someone and I actually had someone ask if they could help me. Beth in appliances was awesome!

Warm welcome when I came in on Saturday. Helpful crew out in lawn and garden helped load truck.

I always enjoy going to this location. They have anything you could need and good prices. I have even used the tool rental department before and it is great as well. Highly recommend if you need to stop by a hardware store.

Everyone is always so nice and friendly. My husband recently had hernia surgery and couldn’t lift anything heavy, but the Home Depot employees went above and beyond—helping him load 10 bags of peat moss without any hesitation. I appreciate the kindness and support. We’ll definitely be returning many times!

Went to various stores looking for perennials, very limited all annuals. Windward Home Depot had great selection of perennials, extremely satisfied with selection, may even go back again ti's week

This is more about Home Depot in general and not about a specific location. Honestly, it’s a comment on retail shopping in general. In the last several years, the level of customer service has completely bottomed out. On a recent visit, I was walking around looking up at signs to find the section I needed. There were three employees standing together talking and looking at their phones. A couple of them looked at me and went right back to what they were doing. In two other areas, as I was going up and down the aisle trying to find what I was looking for, an employee walked by me. Neither one even said hello, much less offered any assistance. I can almost always find what I need on my own, but I truly miss having someone in an orange apron offer to help. Yes, I could ask for help, and I do when necessary, but it’s a principle thing with me. For so long, Home Depot stood out because of their customer service, akin to Chick-Fil-A, but it has all but disappeared and it’s so disappointing. There is an Urban Hardware store very close to my house and I always get a warm greeting and offer to help every time I walk in the door. I am also genuinely thanked for my business. Yes, I pay a little more there most of the time and the inventory is more limited, but shopping there is a much better overall experience.

We bought electrical stuff and the staffer on duty was super helpful. Over the years, Home Depot employees have on average become less knowledgeable about their own departments, but this guy was resourceful and helped you find info if he didn't know. Also, we left our purchase out in the front by accident for a few minutes. Our belief in the goodness of humanity was restored when we went to look for the items and found them untouched.

The woman working the terminals was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, someone pharted nearby while checking out and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Everything else was perfect as expected from The Home Depot.
