Thoughtful associates and cashiers.
Associate initiated and asked and then proceeded to help find right plumbing parts. Cashier was very prompt and thoughtful, suggested some plastic sheet for protecting trunk from dirt when purchased garden items. Always good to have positive people around. Thank you.

Great staff
I was in the Home Depot looking for a washer. Eric Cooper was an amazing sales rep incredibly knowledgeable about the different appliances. I was able to guide me to the perfect one for my needs. Great employees and they still had mulch!
My usual Home Depot store was out of the mulch that was on sale and it said the Alpharetta Store still had it so we made the drive. Exceptional encounters with every employee we interacted with and they still had the mulch that they put in the car for us. Highly recommend!

My favorite Home Depot!
I was in recently and needed an item that was going to require me to buy a hacksaw to cut it, but I wasn’t sure how to do it and if I was strong enough to do it. Justin one of the employees offered to cut it for me! This made my day!

Employees are very helpful and friendly, prices great.
When I need to purchase household/home-improvement items, I often will go online and do price comparisons. Home Depot almost always has the best prices, on most items. This particular store is typically well stocked, and the employees here seem to go above and beyond in helping the customer. It made for a very easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Best store by far
Management and customer service at this location has exceeded my expectations while making multiple purchases. Max the manager is so helpful and a delight to speak with. He was patient in resolving a very complex high ticket purchase for me. I love this store.

Great staff !
My husband and I visited this store about a week ago. Hannah, an employee who helps at the self-check out line, helped us find items in the store and gave us advise of things we needed for our little project (wrapping a TV to ship). She then helped us wrap and box the TV in the hot parking lot! She was awesome.

Great customer service
I bought an Echo trimmer that stopped working after a few times - I took it to the customer service desk and they were friendly, helpful and quickly took care of the exchange for a new one. It was done so quickly and they all had positive attitudes and were friendly. great experience today!

I went to this Home Depot looking for soil that was on sale. When I went to the place where it should be, it was empty. I walked an associate if they had any, and she said the truck had just delivered it and she would go grab me some bags. She brought back 6 and then helped me check out. Wonderful service!
