Frequently Asked Questions About Your Store

When is the Spring Black Friday Sale in 2026?

The Home Depot Spring Black Friday Sale is better than ever. Save big on lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment, including lawn mowers, mulch, and soil, then update your patio furniture so you're ready to enjoy the season. You can also get a jump on spring cleaning with storage and DIY projects by taking advantage of low prices on tools. Don't forget to embrace energy-efficient living with new appliances, too. This spring sale runs from April 9th through 22nd, so remember to shop before it ends.

What do I do to prepare my home for flip-flopping spring temps?

Be certain your home is set for spring temperature swings by repairing faulty components of your home and hardscaping. On your home's exterior, inspect shingles or metal roofing for damage that could let water leak inside. Chimney caps and vinyl siding should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check bricks and cinder blocks for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage and missing pieces. If moisture freezes inside the cracks, you might be dealing with damage.

Do you have moving boxes?

Pick up a mix of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it safely. Look into our rental moving trucks, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.

Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?

Restore electricity in your home even after severe storms and wind take it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are quieter and cleaner than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making more noise when they create more power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're heavier and louder. Always run your generators outside, away from windows and doors, for safety purposes.

Do you have doorbell cameras?

Enjoy privacy, safety, and peace of mind with a wireless or wired doorbell camera. Stop peeking through an adjacent window when you can watch human or animal visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you speak to whoever is at the door via your phone, a useful interaction for delivery people or to scare off wannabe porch pirates. Many cameras integrate with your smart home hub or app to give you easy and flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference as it suits you.
