The store is clean, organized, and the employees are helpful!

I have always had a GREAT experience at this store. Employees are and have been very helpful. I am ex-military and the cashiers have always given me my Veteran's discount some times without me even asking when I have Veteran apparel on. GREAT place to shop.

I usually drive 30 minutes just to come to this location when I have 2 5 minutes from my house. I usually get excellent service and find what I want except today. Worst experience ever I could get this by my house. Patricia the cashier at self check out is Nast and has a smart mouth it was not my fault the self check out system takes a while to look up HD credit card info but all she had to do was verify the license and it would have been fine she got an attitude because she did not know what to do and argued with me about using a self check out line. If a register was opened I would have used a register but no self checkout was only line open and free.

again my wife and I go into a home depot store and they hit it out of the park. To the young Lady named Chris thanks so much for your help with the selfs and child proof doggie door...Chris you Rock...THANKS

The store is always organized neatly. The staff greets you upon arrival. I often need assistance, the staff walks me to the item(s) & if it's heavy, they will lift it in & out of the cart & into my vehicle. This I greatly appreciate.

The store is very clean, and someone greets you. This Store has excellent customer service! Aaron Geisen ,millwork specialist, helped us out in the appliance department and saw my purchase through from beginning to end. He was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. If I ever need help there again, I hope he's there!

Since we started a home remodel six months ago, we have spent A LOT of time visiting several different stores. We always come back to Home Depot in Alton. The staff is friendlier, more knowledgeable and shows genuine appreciation for our business. We will continue to shop at Home Depot!

Peggy in the flooring department was very helpful and assisted in getting the floor tile we were looking to match. She knew exactly what it was and where it was. Most helpful H.D. employee we have had the pleasure to meet in a while. She puts the staff in flooring at the Edwardsville location to shame.

I'm in this store often and always receive friendly and great customer service. I think it's difficult to find good customer service these days in general, but not here! Joshua Kolb in the carpet department was extremely knowledgable about his products and was super helpful in assisting me in making a decision. I will admit that I wasn't expecting this from a very young man. What an asset to this store Joshua is!

The staff at Home Depot is always friendly and willing to help you find whatever it is you're looking for.

Nothing in or at this store needs to be fixed, repaired or replaced. It continuously has the most well-informed, polite and helpful employees. The products throughout the entire store are well organized and with a large variety in every isle. The restrooms are spotless and the entire store is very clean. Well the little birds in the "out door area" could use some personal hygiene training LOL
