The Home Depot is an excellent store with customer service #1! I love that anytime I walk into the store there is someone to help and guide me in the right direction. We have been redoing our downstairs and the workers have helped me with paint colors, sinks, faucets, etc. Everything we have wanted has been in stock which is helpful in completing tasks and projects in a timely manner! Thank you Home Depot! You are the home improvement store of our choice!

why shop any were else,best store around,if I was younger I would apply for a job,great store to work for.

The Associates were extremely helpful in helping us locate and identify needed items while at the store. They also put us in touch with fencing installers.

mentioned that i was going to wait to get mulch, had to return same day because i didn't buy enough edgers and also bought some azalias. told cashier i still needed to buy mulch, but was going to wait because i didn't feel like putting it down, she told me it was 5 for $10, for i bought 10. the man that helped me put my pavers in vehicle was great and the man that put my additional pavers and mulch was wonderful also

Overall I love Home Depot. I have been to several other hardware stores and I find Home Depot to be the friendliest and most helpful. On this one visit they didn't carry in store the item I needed. Can only be ordered online. Which is kind of silly but honestly Home Depot is my go to store.

My elderly mom and I needed to purchase a gift card...we went to self checkout but the cashier stepped over to help us and was EXTREMELY patient and kind to my mom, even though it took my mom a few minutes to complete the transaction and she had LOTS of questions! The associate was very sweet and helpful, I appreciated that she treated us so well. The store looked great, too! THANK YOU for a great shopping experience! We will be back!

I purchased a gas powered pressure washer. It was in a box on the bottom shelf. I wasn't sure I could lift it into the cart by myself but I was going to try. As I pulled it off the shelf a young clerk happened to be walking past. He immediately stopped, grabbed the box, smiled and said "let me load that for you Sir.". I thanked him and when i got to the checkout the clerk who was also very friendly called an associate over to help me load it into my car without me having to ask. Good service, friendly and helpful associates, and quality products make the Alton IL. Homedepot my go to store.

Darleen is a very friendly and personable cashier. It was a pleasure meeting her. Her smile and kindness was a welcome relief in todays society where everyone is grumpy and in a hurry.

I usually go to a store, get what I want, and leave. This time, Michelle met me at the entrance with a big smile, and asked if she could help. I said I would like to get some rock and some mulch. and I would need assistance. She said she would summon help from one of the men. However, when I reached the area, she was there. She loaded the rock and mulch onto the cart, and said she would check me out at the front. After I checked out, I drove my car up to the entrance, popped the trunk open. MICHELLE was there with the material, loaded it into my trunk, closed the lid, and bade me HAVE A GREAT DAY!!!!!

Associates were readily available and helped me find what I needed. The cashiers are extremely friendly and always ask if I found what I needed. Enjoyable experience!!!
