Chris, Dustin and Heather worked together to take apart a commercial lock set to remove broken key and re-key to a new set. They worked together very well, were courteous and helpful to me, showed expertise in this project, and saved me many dollars. We shop here frequently for our light commercial construction business and our never-ending home renovation. Nearly always find what we need, and we appreciate the ease with which we can make returns. The occasional issue we have with stuff in the aisles is what we find everywhere, which might be our only complaint. This particular HD has angled "Pro Parking" under the loading canopy, so we rarely find vehicles blocking the drive, a serious pet peeve of ours in MANY other Home Depot locations.

Always optimum service from all the HD employees, especially from Randy!

I shop at this store on a regular, usually 2 or 3 times week. I have always been treated nicely. The associates are friendly and courteous. Keep up the good work.

We purchased new appliances in November 2015. On June 19, 2017 the one appliance developed an issue. We called the service number in our papers from our purchase. That number told us we hadn't purrpchased a warranty at the time of purchase, but we could purchase one now, so we did. At that time they, told us we would see or hear a Service Tech within a certain period of time. After the Tech NEVER CALLED OR VISITED, after three weeks we called the local store. They were gracious enough to offer us a 'loaner' until the appliance was repaired! This call confirmed we had purchased a '5 years extended warranty from Home Depot'! We were put in contact with another individual. They also would contact a Service Tech to handle our problem. After a week my wife called them back. We were told who the Tech was, and it was the same as the Warranty Company had try to send. Finally one month and one week after we initially started the process we were given a settlement and was able to have our appliance repaired. Had we not had the local store to help through it is hard to tell where would have been, probably not Home Depot. Thank you

Wanted a one inch dowel rod by 72 inches long. None available in that length, though there were 3/4 and 1 1/4 inch by 72. Longest 1 inch was 48 in. long. Haven't been able to find one elsewhere either, so don't hold that against Home Depot. Did find the outdoor adhesive I needed though and at a very reasonable price. Not familiar with Home Depot as I usually shop at the other home improvement store, as it is much closer to where I live, so had to ask associate for directions to the products I wanted to buy. Employee walked me to the location and waited 'till I was sure I had what I needed. 'Windowshopped' a bit to check out the store, was impressed with the selection and the stock on hand. Maybe because the holiday weekend had just passed, but I thought the aisles were a bit cluttered. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and as helpful as I needed. I'd give the experience a 4 1/2 star rating.

I have been to the windows dept several times trying to figure out about doors and windows. Jesse has been very patient. Now we have 2 new windows in place that we love and a door on the way. Both Jesse and Heather are great!

My wife and I were very impressed by the positive attitudes and friendliness and helpfulness by the employees of this store that we were helped by. We will definitely shop here again

The store is well stocked, clean and if you have trouble finding an item, no problem, there is always someone around to help who is knowledgeable and friendly.

Entered the store to purchase a gas grill for the summer season and was immediately greeted by associate. Answered all of our questions and helped us load grill in the vehicle. Super friendly and eager to help. A nice surprise compared to the other local competor.

I have been working on several projects in my house recently and the employees in the Altoona Store are exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me through these projects. Everyone from the cashiers, to the employees as you are walking through the store, to the department specialists- they are all great! Kudos especially to Rhonda, Wayne, and Tonya at the Altoona location!
