I have never had a problem finding anything i was in,need,of.. Cashiers were always friendly.Smiles on mos,faces... If i needed something from a shelf i couldnt reach i got the help and didn't have,to search the store looking for a person to help me... Store was clean and neat...

This store is sorely lacking in customer service...even after/if you eventually find an employee. If I didn't have usable Home Depot Gift Cards, I think I'd start shopping at Lowe's.

after being robbed while in virginia beach of all my tools i went to the altoona store to replace my tools the people where so helpful they went out of their way to get me the best tools for the price and get me back in business the service desk people where great and it really felt like they cared when you go to this store look for julia corey dave or jason and tell them you heard they where FANTASTIC people and the guy that lost everything in va recommended them to you

we went to lowes needed a dryer and some fiber fix. 3 employees and sent me to look for fiber fix after 15 mins i ask for help emplyee looked it up in computer said yea we have it. went back another 15 mins couldnt find it. then wanted a dryer they said yea we have it then no we dont. after that left. went to home depot had dryer(which they had to get off a truck) and my fiber fix and checked out in 20 mins. all employees were great!

Great store. Starting out with my conversation with Jess I believe is on of the managers. Was polite and was taking care of my problem without hesitation or the need to call anyone else. Very professional. If I lived near this store I would go out of my way to go there and tell him personally how great his service was. I do hope that my time writing this does not go on deaf ears. He is truly an employe who should be recognized. Thank you again I hope that he get this information

nine times when i need to shop i shop at home depot. i purchase building materials, fenceing, and appliances. staff always helpful, willing to assist, but not pushie. great people, keep up thje good work you have competion beat 10 to none!

I had a excellent shopping experience today obtaining items for my home electrical project. I have always found the employees in the various department in the Altoona store to be very knowledgeable of their products. The employee today, Ken, went above and beyond with his help and patients with helping me to obtain all the material I needed. Great job Ken .
