I have always been greeted by friendly and experience personnel in the Altoona Store. The care and time they spent with us was greatly appreciated - even if it is to just show us where certain items are located.

Ample parking, easy in and out, clerks very friendly and ready to help and I almost find everything I need or want when I visit.

I rarely shop at Home Depot, but I saw on the internet that you carried the product I needed, so I decided to give it a try. Customer service, one of the store associates, and the cashier were all very helpful. I found what I was looking for at a good price, and the overall trip was an excellent experience. Thank you.

From entering to leaving the store associates were more than friendly and helpful. I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. Beyond my expectations. Other Home stores could use your associates as an example of how to be an employee and associate. I was offered assistance in kitchen cabinet area. The associate took the time to answer questions and offered an array of knowledge. This knowledge will assist me with future decisions on remodeling. The bathroom item located was in stock on the floor for easy purchase. The store quickly assisted with call waiting for pick-up of item at a later time when item did not fit in vehicle.

When we arrived at the flooring area, we had to wait for almost 1/2 hr before an associate was called to that area. Once he arrived, we couldn't of got a better person, he was polite, knowledgeable, tended to our needs, showed us things we hadn't thought of and was just plain friendly as could be, I guess the wait was a bit much yet it worked out when 'Mark' arrived...he was just the best.

As I entered the store the greeter welcomed me. Looking around for outdoor light fixtures, I found 2 that I liked but had questions about them. The lighting associate helped me and I decided to purchase the lights, didn't have a cart, was carrying the lights through the store when the greeter appeared with a shopping cart! I saw a ceiling fan I really liked and had some questions. An associate helping another customer motioned for me to give him a moment to finish with his customer, then came over and answered my questions about the fan. I was not able to purchase it that day, but the associate suggested I go on line and shop for the ceiling fans and compare features that way. On the way out, I looked at light bulbs but could not decide which ones I needed for my new outdoor fixtures. An associate appeared and walked me through the different possibilities for light bulbs. I was able to purchase bulbs for my fixtures. The check-out went smoothly and I was on my way home planning my next visit to purchase a ceiling fan and a front door lockset.

An associate in the paint department, Ashley, helped us select the right paint, finish, and color for our painting project. The store was clean, uncluttered, and we had a pleasant shopping experience.

Quickest return of an item without a receipt that I ever experienced and I'm 71 years old. Love Home Depot due to the helpful associates always readily available, unlike competitors.
