I could find a helping hand with questions whenever i needed assistance with an item i couldn't find on my own. The knowledge the associate had in the pluming department was great. Really helped me with every aspect of my small kitchen project. I will and have always shopped at home depot for my home projects. Keep up the good work everyone.

Pandra was great and went out of her way to assist me in purchasing a lawn tractor...and on Christmas Eve! Kudos!

ASSOCIATES AND CASHIERS ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.. THE MORE I SHOP HOME DEPOT THE EASIER IT GETS TO FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE MILITARY DISCOUNT

The store was clean. My only concern was having to pay more for a customer's fixture simply because the lamps I needed were not stocked below. They were on the top shelf. (This is not good for business) I was trying to keep my quote as inexpensive as possible for my customer (senior citizen), time wise, so I opted for a fixture that cost me 10.00 more as opposed to finding an associate, showing them what I need, then going to find a ladder.

Associates are generally easy to find and are friendly, helpful, and most of them take the time to walk you to the product you asked about versus just pointing to a general area. I'm impressed that most all of the associates know the entire store. The store is generally clean and the aisles are easily navigated and most of the time they are not cluttered; unless they happen to be changing a display or restocking. They appear to be big on safety for their customers and their employees and that is great to see; and best of all I am always finding a great bargain there.

Stopped by the store to get a quart of paint. The aisle was blocked off so a tall blonde female paint associate and another associate could stock. The tall blonde saw me and immediately stopped stocking and opened the aisle so I could get the paint I needed. I was very appreciative for that. The Department Manager Stacy was very friendly and mixed the paint for me. A great job to all three ladies in the Paint Department.

Store associates were very helpful from the guy that cut the plywood i bought to the checker that checked me out.

Jim in Plumbing was a great help. He helped me find what i needed. Very Knowledgeable!! At the check out, Cherylann was very friendly.

Although I didn't need help from the associates, I still gave them 5 stars due to the availability of them!!! The store was clean however the electrical aisle was cluddered with the store ladders. So maneuvering the rolling cart around them and keeping from bumping into other customers was a challenge. All in all, it was a great shopping experience!!!

I shop at Home Depot because I can get the things I need to help improve my home. My family and I have purchased big ticket items there and we have been pleased with them.

The Sales associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. Checking out is a delight due to the cheerfulness and helpfulness of all the checkers. It has been a joy to go to Home Depot

My only real problem is the store allowing folks to park in the loading zone. This causes people who want to load items to have to wait. This happens even when employees are out under the loading area. As if telling customers not to park in the loading zone will hurt feelings and cause loss of customers.

I am so happy to have a Home Depot store in Alvin. We didn't have much choice to buy from before it came here. The associates are so friendly and kind. Such a great choice of products. The store has just about anything you need for home improvement. Love It!

The associate at hardware was extremely helpful in finding me the correct nuts and bolts for my project. He was very knowledgeable about the hardware. Then Miss N who waited on me at checkout was very friendly and helpful. She is an asset to your company!!!

Water tank in pump house blew so we had no running water ! Measured all that I had to saw off and looked at how many 90* elbows and couplers I needed and took off for my Home Depot. First, I needed line for my weedeater...found it right away ! Headed to plumbing...what an array...metal and so many different pvc thingies! I found all that I needed...boxes are well marked and full! I waited for the sales associate to finish with his customer so he could get me 10' of schedule 40 1" and 10' of schedule 40 1/4" pipe. At checkout, they nicely asked if I needed help to my vehicle! All in all...a very pleasant emergency visit !!!

Love shopping at this store. It is always clean and associates are always friendly and helpful.
