Yes, the League City store does offer in-person Kids Workshops. These free in-store events take place every first Saturday of the month between 9am-noon. Registration for workshops is now available online. Each month features a unique and exciting new kit pack to keep little doers engaged. Kits include all necessary craft materials, kit instructions, certificate of achievement, stickers, an apron pin, and a Discovery Education extension activity. Paint and all other required tools are provided at the event. Customers who prefer not to participate in the in-person event can pick up their free kit in-store or order online at our Kids Projects Activities page to have it shipped to their home. Call us or visit our customer service counter to order your kit.

Excellent Manager - Arthur
I had a question about whether or not plants were on sale - they were in baskets of many. Arthur took the time to explain why the baskets and plants were there and emphatically offered resolution to my frustration! He is a great manager!!!

        Excellent Customer Service
        For the past trips, I’ve encountered hospitable associates such as one gentleman who assisted me in grabbing wooden beams. As for the most recent trip to Home Depot, I noticed an issue with my purchase and spoke to the assistant manager, Arthur, and he took care of me. Since the other manager was having difficulty with the issue, Arthur creatively addressed the issue and figured out a way to fix the problem. Overall, my experience at this Home Depot is by far the best and several of the other associates service is exceptional.

              Worst experience with Diane the manager
              I purchase a Ryobi electric mower that went out after 4 months so I went to see if I could exchange. Since it was outside of 90 days I was issued store credit which was fine. I was just use it to purchase the new one. So I thought. The price had increased $150. I didn’t want to pay extra especially being under warranty so I asked to speak with a manager. In came Diane. She did not speak or ask me what can she help me with. She just asked for the receipt and the card. She does a few things on the screen and says with the worse attitude that’s it it’s done??? I ask her what’s done? She then informs me she voided my store credit. I tell that’s not what I wanted and that I wanted to discuss the exchange. After not even attempting to consider the idea down I asked for the store credit back. I then ask her did she think it was a good idea to ask the customer “how May I help”. She just ignored me. I’m not sure if I’ll be shopping back at this Homedepot.

                Had a slightly complicated issue and phone customer "service" was of no help. We went into the store with the issue and the associate (I believe her name was Noemi) was very sweet and helpful, but needed a manager to resolve the issue (she didn't have authorization to do what we needed), so she called Let, the manager, who was extremely kind and service-oriented. She got us fixed up promptly and was everything a manager should be. Grateful to both for resolving all of it to our satisfaction!
