I absolutely love Home Depot’s plant selections!!! They never fail me when it comes to shopping for my garden

Bought a refrigerator here. Robbed, tasted disrespectfully, charged for delivery when they won't even bring it into my house, want allowed to even buy what I asked for even though I was standing in front of it. People where rude and unhelpful. This place sucks.

This Home Depot has the best staff of all the area stores I've been in. They try to help and assist where they can and if they can't they'll get someone who can help.

I bought a plastic container for my large water slide. It did not have a, but had wheels for easy movement. I will be returning to purchase the one with handle and wheels. Great shopping experience for my needs.

My husband recently passed away and now I'm responsible for the yardwork. I needed a replacement blade for a weed trimmer and I was lucky enough to encounter Logan for help. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some solid advice on which replacement blade to purchase. He even went so far as to open the box and walk me through exactly how to install the replacement blade!!!!! I'll always ask for Logan when I need help at the store and I'm sure he'll steer me in the right direction. - Kay

Mercedes in the flooring department is EXCELLENT! She answered all my questions and her manner and attitude would have sold me even if I had not liked the flooring. She also went out of her way to help me since I am in a wheelchair.

I normally have a decent experience there. I find what I need and get out fairly quickly. This last time was different. Upon arriving at the checkout, I was met by a rude, disrespectful employee in a wheelchair. After he entered a random birthday into the system so that I could purchase some of the popper fireworks. I asked my wife which card she would like me to use. She responded with your Home Depot card, dear. The employee, in a insulting manner, said, "What did you say to me?" My wife responded with Oh, I was telling my husband to use his Home Depot card. This was quite upsetting and wasn't called for. He is lucky I decided not to engage him at this point. Not sure if he was upset by his current situation or what, but there was no need to speak to my wife like that for no reason. The next person he pulls that on might not be as nice as I was.

It took a long time to get help when order was picked up! I ended up with the wrong size! I live out of town and had to turn back!

I AM SO PROUD OF THE WAY ONE OF YOU SALES ASSOCIATES HANDLED A SITUATION OF NOT HAVING ENOUGH HELP.I OWN A BUSINESS AND YOU CAN HAVE TOO MANY OR NOT ENOUGH AND IN THIS ECONOMY, IT USUALLY IS NOT ENOUGH.THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE TO THE OTHER LADY SHE HAD LET BROWSE AND WAITED ON MY WIFE AND I. THE OTHER LADY WAS VERY UPSET THAT SHE DIDNT RETURN RIGHT AWAY, BUT SHE HAD 2 OTHER FAMILIES LOOKING FOR HELP.WHAT COULD SHE DO???? I THINK SHE DID GREAT AND HANDLED HERSELF VERY PROFESSIONALLY AND DIDNT LOOSE HER COOL. VERY PROFESSIONAL.

HD receipts fade at the first sign of sun or sweat. They’ll use that as a basis for declining your return even if they look it up from your debit card.

Planting my garden. I found everything I need

I re-do my mother's flower beds every year for her mother's day gift. This year she decided that she wanted the red mulch. Went to three other stores in Amarillo without finding what I needed. Ended up at Home Depot on Soncy. Should have started here! Great product great employee great help all the way around. I was directed to what I wanted and when I stated that I wanted dry bags that hadn't been rained on, she never missed a beat and accommodated me in every way. Got a cart we loaded bags. Went to cashier who set me up with my veteran's discount. First employee helped me load bags (15) into my car. Great great great experience all the way around.

Make sure before you leave the rental department that there are no additional charges such as rental insurance or gas fees. I won’t rent here again.

Home Depot on the west side of Amarillo is the best hardware store in Amarillo, probably the best in the Texas panhandle, and maybe the best in the state. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and anxious to help. And they know what they’re talking about! Easily my favorite store. Thank you Home Depot!!

We rented an electric auto-feed drain cleaner. The customer rep was super helpful. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The name on his apron was Ross.

Everyone from the housekeeping staff to the Managers are always a big help and always share a smile and good word with you.

I purchased a box of 10 4’ led bulbs to install in a t-12 fluorescent light fixture , I had already removed the ballast . Discovered that the box of led bulbs were bad . The store manager exchanged box of bulbs with a good set of them , no hassles and no problems exchanging them .

I was with my 61 yo wife trying to load 6 x 6 x 12 treated posts. After being ignored by half a dozen workers, a friendly employee offered to help. The cashier was super friendly, but there is a lot of lazy workers at this store. No help loading in the truck.
