I needed help loading some loading commodes into my truck and I got help within couple minutes of checkout. Super good emps at this store!

One day I went to this Home Depot to look for a nut to temporarily replace the lug nut on my antique car. I brought in the old one, so I could match threads. The old nut was expensive and rare. At the check-out counter I accidentally left the old one on the counter and left. On the way home I realized that I had left the old one, and immediately returned. It was gone. Some of the employees helped me search in nearby trash cans, and around the area on the floor, but we couldn't find it. As I was leaving I asked another young woman, at the exit door, if she had seen it. She said she had found it, and had taken it to the lost and found. I thought to myself, who would take a nut to the lost and found? But she had, and soon she returned with my lug nut. As I walked out of the store I rang the gong loudly!

Helped at Self check; walked me to find a rare product. Awesome service.

People there are really good and helpful.

I asked several people where my item was and was told it was "over there". I needed two heavy bags and no one offered to help with it even though there were employees there. I went to a competitor and the employee led me personally to the same item and loaded it for me without me asking for help loading.

tryed to buy a sliding door, took 10 days to get someone to come and measure, paid 40.00 for this. took 4 more day's for someone from the store to get ahold of me, then the gentleman that help me didn’t know what he was doing and ask me to go home and measure again. went somewhere else for my door. don't use there install service.

This project did what I needed it to do. Employees were friendly.

I've been coming to this location since it opened over 20 years ago. I used to drive 8 miles to get to the closest one until this opened. Of course there are changes over the years, but in the last 6 months they have added a winding course of locked cages you have to navigate to get to the self checkouts. This is nearly impossible if you have lumber or pipe in your cart. Half the store is now locked cages. There are more locked cages here than anyplace except maybe the state prison. I love how they have a QR code you can scan to get help on the locked cages - because I should pull out my phone in the store to talk to an employee. I nearly always prefer to buy at my local brick and mortar store, but anymore it really feels like HD wants us to shop online instead. They make it hard enough to take my money in store.

Many of the employees here are genuinely so kind and experienced! My only complaint is that there are not enough cashiers on the front!!!! There’s always just this one blonde guy in the self check overwhelmed with customers! He does an amazing job prioritizing and helping each individual!!

They usually have what I’m looking for. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Will definitely be going back many times

I bought a washer and dryer combo on Black Friday. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday Dec 10th. But we received a message that it wouldn’t come until January 14th next year. So we cancelled the order. They shouldn’t have sold it to us if they didn’t have one to sell.

I love it when I can walk into a store and get help immediately. I walked in and the greeter said, "can I help you find something?" I told him the things I was looking for, without even looking at his phone, he directed me to both aisles. Impressive!

Having HomeDepot near other stores I frequent makes my trips to the area much easier. I shop HomeDepot for mostly garden supplies and DIY things. I’ve never had a grumpy sales clerk either!

We had to return an item and received the assistance of an employee called Carlos. He patiently went through the steps homedepot takes to assure security and fraud prevention. As we continued to shop we received his assistance as we got material at the window & doors dept. His counsel was fantastic.

There is a older gentleman in the sprinkler/PVC area that really knows what he is doing.

I needed paint to match my walls, brought in a small piece for matching and had no idea what finish it had. Aleece in painting was amazing at helping me match it, took 3 tries but finally got it and she was so kind while helping. The entire store was clean, the staff were friendly and I got everything I needed. Highly recommend.
