Store was very busy the day of my visit, but associates were very helpful to accommodate all customers, found my items quickly, check out was quick also,

The Associates were extremely helpful, even more so than they ever needed to be. After several annoying questions and suggestions from me, the associates never once displayed any negativity. All challenges were met with a smile.

Went to the store to return an unused construction material we over bought. The return was fast and easy as usual. Our washer is dying a slow death so we decided to check the "live version" of the Buffalo News advertisement. An Associate was there but didn't immediately pounce on us giving us a chance to look around a bit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and also brought us to the computer kiosk where we looked up reviews of the machine we were most interested in. I had already done my research through other consumer reports/reviews. All was excellent. We did not buy at that moment as we wanted to measure the space at home to make sure it would fit. I went back to purchase during dinner hours. The Associate who had helped us was not there (he was about to be relieved for break when we were there 20 min. earlier) It only took about 2 minutes for another person to come up and check me out. She was also very nice. A very efficient, pleasant transaction! Can't wait for delivery!

I shopped in the Garden section of your store, and was very impressed with the customer service I received there. Your cashier was very friendly, helpful and kind.

Our visit was simple but we did need the assistance of an associate-he was very knowledgeable-told us the EXACT location of what we needed! In and out fast!

The gentleman who took care of me not only answered all my questions, asked me questions about my project I didn't think of. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Will be going back for future projects

I arrived in the store looking for some toothed metal fastener strips for connecting wood / wood and just as I started down the front main aisle, I ran into an associate who told me exactly where to go without wasting any unnecessary time on my part. It was great to have the assistance of such a knowledgeable. helpful associate. Thank you Home Depot !!!!

I hardly ever need assistance, stuff is usually where you think it would be

During each visit at the Amherst Home Depot I have found the staff the most helpful of all the H.D. locations I've visited. When I visit the garden department I seldom need assistance, but that is true of all the locations I shop at. I shop here for business and personal shopping and this is the best location they have to my knowledge.

I wanted to purchase something special for my Dad for Father's Day. Home Depot is a perfect place to shop!!! They have such a great selection of merchandise. There is something for everybody there. I ended up purchasing a gift card for him and I knew he would be very happy!!

This store is well stocked, well maintained, well staffed and truly a pleasure to shop.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful. In and out quick,found what I needed easily. Clean store!

I wanted to buy some items with my Veterans ID CARD but I didn't have the correct type of card the Corporate wanted. Lowe's takes my Veterans Card & gives me 10% off - no questions. The cashier helped me get 10% off anyways, so I purchased more items at Home Depot rather than Lowe's because of the Cashier's helpfulness.

A very Special Thank You to Michael Ball for assisting me today. I wanted to purchase an Area Rug that was an "online only special order". The Rug was currently out of stock, but with His assistance I was able to order today and will be delivered to my Home. He saved me a whole lot of time & frustration. I feel he went above & beyond to assist me. I am a very Happy Home Depot Customer :-)

Bought a new string trimmer. Had plenty to choose from. Read up online before going to store, so just went in and bought the one I wanted.

Store always has the items I am looking for and looking up the item online tells me the price and what aisle to go to which makes shopping easier

This store is consistent in its good customer service and variety of products. Of the few things we've taken back, whether defective or over bought materials, the return is always easy and pleasant! There is a variety of products, from good to better to excellent , giving affordability to all shoppers!

I live within 5 minutesvof another popular Hardware store which is similar to Home Depot but I still drive the extra distance to shop at Home Depot. Home Depot employees are always very nice, cheerful and really express their quality of care to customers and knowledge of their store items. the isles are clearly labeled, not cluttered with ladders etc and you can find great deals. Highly recommend Home Depot!!!

Went to pick up mulch and check prices as first step of project. Easy to find products, lighting, storm doors, paint. Many associates offered to help, really didn't need it. Found someone in Garden area to answer question, he was polite, helpful & knew the answer.

The staff were excellent - helped me find everything I needed. The service desk were fantastic - helped me hire the truck I needed & organize applying for the Home Depot card - which saved me A LOT of money. The guys even helped me load everything onto the truck. Great service all round!

Got the exact help I needed from the associates in lawn and garden with a great discussion on how to lay out plants in a partial shade bed. Also, some interesting discussion with a gentlemen in lumber about the best wood to use to keep pests away.

Checked items on-line before going to store.Price was different. Missed sale price by one day.On-line infor did not say when sale ended..I may be wrong..

IRST CHOICE TO SHOP AT HOMEDEPOT BECAUSE ALWAYS SATISIED

Very happy with the help at the paint desk. Buy there wasn't slot of help near the stoves an refrigerators.

They had six of the necessary door lock sets that I needed which was very surprising

Staff are very knowledgeable when asked about product.
