Went in looking for a very specific tool for a plumbing project, and the associate was able to direct me right to it getting me in and out of the Store very quickly.

Derrick in plumbing was extremely helpful with a very unusual problem

Levi in Appluances was knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the product and was able to answer my questions.

Employees are to busy and focused on their work responsibilities. And not on the customer.

I go to Home Depot for the things I need that they sell. Happy with everything -employees are very pleasant and helpful if you need to find something

I have to admit-I went to their local competitor down the street and left empty handed. One of the products I wanted wasn't even there (clothes were in its place) and the garden shop didn't have what I wanted. I went to this Home Depot rather an Amzn order to support local retail & was surprised by the large, varied inventory. I found everything I wanted and multiple brands for the items I was looking at. Kudos to a one stop shopping experience. Now my first choice!

I asked for paint to match color of a hutch o bought and was amazed at the perfect color match!

The parking lot looks great. My only concern is the veterans parking. There is not much room if that veteran has a handicap. I think you should make it like a handicap spot and give that veteran a little more room.

I purchased a dual combination toggle switch and it failed after very light use over the last 2 years. I tried a few of the identical Leviton switches and some worked very easy, some made a load snap and were hard to toggle. I think HD is getting seconds from Leviton.

Customer service In the self checkout lane was horrible. Employee didn't care to make any effort to help us with our transaction. There was no compassion or professionalism with this person. Will definitely not shop at this store again.
