Parking was easy and the store was not difficult to navigate. Ahmed in the paint department helped me feel confident and prepared to paint the interior of my home for the first time - truly a gem.

Folks at store are both friendly and knowledgeable.

It usually takes several minutes to find assistance at this store. While the employees are generally friendly, they are usually uninformed about the products in their department, and therefore unhelpful, which clearly makes them uncomfortable. Unless I know exactly what I need, I don't go to this store at all, even though it's the closest hardware store to me.

The people at this store are knowledgeable. I purchased a $3200 lawnmower last week. The staff was very helpful and resolved any concerns and questions right away. The people at this store stay busy helping customers and my students when i send them for supplies. I have never seen the staff hanging around talking, like I see at other big box stores. The selection is great, the quality is there and the prices are competitive (or often better) than other stores.

If you are working on a project at home and not sure of what you need just stop at the service desk and some will help you find what is needed to complete the project.

I was not looking forward to this shopping experience. But i had to replace our stolen items we needed to build that was stolen the night b4. I was blown away how much help Nicole user name WCY 23994 21289 complete helped me find, understand the product quality, and save money while escorting me to each item I needed,!!! Then she graciously checked me out but, not before she called her manager to ask for an enexpected customer discount to help us replace some stolen items! I thank God I came her and he led me to her!
