Kathleen in the self scan area is delightful. Bernie and Jordan in the lumber area are amazing. I am a fence builder and see those two most every day. They are two of the hardest working guys I see.

Every single person that I encountered was super helpful and friendly. They gave us a donation for our Diaper Drive and were very helpful with a purchase as well. Great store, great people!

The store is cluttered with to many pallets on the floor of items they are selling. This makes it difficult to shop and poses a safety concern. Most isles are frustrating to navigate with a shopping cart let alone a lumber cart. The cashier's are great but management is trying to hard to make a sale.

Keia and Missy are two of the cashiers at this store. I frequent this store for my construction company, in fact sometimes multiple times a day. These two are always friendly, kind, helpful and able to joke around a bit and chat while remaining very professional and efficient. I drive right by Lowes everyday to go to HD. The main reason is because of the staff, specifically the cashiers and the Pro Desk staff.

Lots of very helpful employees one by the name of Oakley who went above and beyond to help me find a part that was showing available but empty on shelf and even called another store to see if they had it before I drove over to it

Exceptionally friendly and helpful employees who go out of their way to assist you. The people working there are great! The store itself had isles that were crowded. I would not recommend getting wood here either. Much of it is warped, so you need to be very careful with your selection. The 4 star rating really came from the employees. They are terrific.

They almost always have enough of the products I need. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Or if new there, they find someone to help. Sore is neat and organized......Not restaurant clean, but plenty clean for a home improvement store. The staff are courteous and helpful.

I went into the door section of the store simply looking for something to put under my entry door to keep the spiders out. There was 1 guy working in doors. He appeared to be finishing a sale. I patiently waited. Was given no acknowledgment. I looked around the store. Came back again. He was still talking to the same customer. But this time about his nose injury and sinus issues. Still no acknowledgment that I was waiting to be helped...

This Home Depot has thee best associates working here. Every other store pales in comparison when it comes to customer service! These folks ALWAYS make you feel welcome, go out of there way to help you. I have been to other Home Improvemant stores, including other Home Depots, but none are like this one. The manager Q, is amazing and their paint department associates are the best!

I have not seen such incompetency with the order handling anywhere. 1. I bought carpets on July 2nd. 2. Installation was performed on July 7th. Following our the issues with the installation: a. Installer did show up but 4.5 hours later than the latest time in the window provided. b. Guys spend till 9p.m talking on phone before they seriously started working on installing carpet. Got the carpet installed by 11:30 at night, left a bunch of mess including spilled drinks and food waste for us to clean. Also refused to move furniture even though it was in the contract. Oh ya, also did not vacuum behind themselves so i have to vacuum and pick of staplers. Also removed some but not all the old carpet because the installer claimed that their van is full. The biggest issue was all the nails from the tack strip was poking out of the carpet causing painful poking when walking over carpet... specially while walking up and down the stairs. c. July 17th - Installers were scheduled to come over to fix the tack strip poking issue, but no one showed up. My one whole day was wasted waiting for them! d. Aug 17th - Finally a installer came and hammered down the tack strip nail only in high traffic area! At this point i was hoping to get done with this carpet and hence made peace with semi usable carpet solution. Nails are still poking though the edges of all my rooms, but the issue is fixed in my high traffic areas with some visible dents in carpet due to hammering! 3. During the wait between July 17th and Aug 17th, i had numerous calls with home depot. In one of these calls, I was assured that i will be financially compensated for my inconvenience after issues where resolved. So i waited for two week and then called them. 4. I received a call today saying they will reimburse me $150... I said that was not enough...so they countered me at $200. At this point i was like, something is better than nothing and said fine to $200! 5. I was surprised when i checked my email receipt which claimed that there was $893.26 refunded! But i got only $200, it seems someone in store has received $693.26 in cash on my behalf! Should'nt the refund be made to me instead of a store employee or whoever got the money? I don't know what to tell you guys! I have been a loyal customer of home depot for a decade and had great experience (mostly in Canton, MI and Plymouth, MI stores). I went to this store because i recently moved to west of Ann Arbor! This whole experience has left a bad taste and will take a while to get over this :( I have no words for you guys!

This store is very clean and the sales attendants are very helpful. The store is always stocked and I can always find what I need.

I would not recommend anybody getting carpet installed by Home Depot . 7 day install did not happen. first quote I got was almost $1000.00 less than final quote. installers come day of install then tell me they won't take out my old carpet. after Home depot people came to my house and measured and took pictures of my old carpet. I will never shop at Home Depot Again.

This Home Depot has by far, the friendliest associates at any Home Depot. The manager Q, is so helpfula and patient. The associates at the customer service counter Kyle, and Ken are so courteous and friendly. The paint department here is so much fun to visit, because the entire paint staff is so fun! They are always smiling and ready to help with anything paint related, but they are very fast and efficient with getting your paint for you. Nick, Christine, Joey and Morgan are such a great team. They make it fun to shop here!

The associates were friendly and showed me where what I wanted was and the teller was very patient with me because I had to go back and forth for what I needed.

I really like this Home Depot. Since I shop there frequently I've come to know the store layout and many of the associates. The associates are always helpful and friendly. The items I need are always in stock. This store is very convenient and I can get in & out quickly, which really helps.
