One cahsier I would like to mention - Neil. He is always very friendly and helpful. Why is everyone else so drab there?

I paid cash, almost $500 for a power washer. Had to return it the next day due to fraud on my Cash app card. Card no longer worked. They wanted to give me a store credit. I don't know many hard working Americans that can take a $500 loss.The thing that upset me the most is tyat the associate at service and the female manager both told me no before they even scanned my receipt. Lie all you want but a store manager can override a gift card. I watched D.M Steven Esparza override one for $2000 plus. All that tells me is that store is filled with rookie managers. Any company can say they are good at customer service but the true test is very similar ti finding out who your true friends are and that's when there is a problem.

I would recommend this store when Neil is there to help. The only employee that seems friendly and up-beat.

Rest rooms are always clean. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable.

Neal seems to be a shinnig star at the store. He saw I was waiting and walked right up and took care of me. Thanked me for my service. THANK YOU SIR as I know he was in the military too. 5 stars only for neal

STORE 3014 - TERRIBLE WHEN IT COMES TO STAFFING. No cashiers get hours (except favorites). BOOOOOOO to Homo Depot!

This store has cut back hours for the cashiers. They give the sales floor associates 20 plus hours and the cashiers 8.5. There are some of Judy's favorites getting more or they seem to be stealing time at the home depot.

THIS STORE IS POORLY STAFFED - NO CASHIERS AND NO ONE IN THE ISLES. LOOKS LIKE LOWES NOW! WAY TO GO.

The store has the most helpful and friendly sales staff, the store is always very clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to shop!

I generally go to this store as the associates are friendly/helpful. I usually find what I need without too much trouble. My experience with the Festus store is it's too crowded with merchandise and hard to walk through. South County and Sunset Hills are in area's with a lot of traffic and congestion. They are also busy and I don't ever really get asked if I need any help when I'm in those stores.

Very Helpful and knowledgeable staff

I always shop at this Home Depot. Everyone is helpful and gives great advice. I especially am appreciative of the associates who work in electrical. Bill Mares knows exactly what I need, and takes the time to explain electrical matters to me. But everyone is kind, courteous, and helpful. And, being in customer service, I know this attitude of being helpful starts from the top. You apparently have a great store manager and management team.

Have been using this store for 9+ years. Store and employees are great. Only problem I have as a contractor is that when I pay for and need them to pull a big order for me to pick up the following day they have let me down on three separate occasions. Pretty disappointing when you have crews waiting for materials at a job site.

I've been in the Arnold Home Depot 3 times. It's different than visits to other Home Depots. The ability to get help here is easier than the other locations I've been to, and the other big stores like it. Staff is very friendly. I would like to see help me please buttons installed throughout the store. Considering there are none around tho, I was actually shocked how quickly we were able to get an associate. The first time I needed help in the Arnold store I thought of the commercial that the husband and wife ran around looking for someone and it turns out wrong department guy(bummer) Surprisingly, that was not us. A man walked up, asked if we needed help, said Vicki is who we needed for garage door openers. Vicki was there in about a minute. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Brenden in lawnmowers is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Loaded it in the car for us with another employee (didn't catch his name tho) Walter in appliances, will steer you in the right direction of what you're looking for there. He's a very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working man. AWESOME SERVICE FROM ALL OF YOU!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! After these multiple experiences I will be in Arnold's Home Depot more often without cringing at the thought. :)

I have a friend in many departments and they always say hi to me and ask if they can help me find something. The employees make it a more friendly and personal visit.

Excellent place to shop. employee's very helpful and professional. Would strongly recommend this store for you needs.

Normally I would give the store a higher rating but we had a very poor experience. We needed help in one of the departments and had to ask for someone four times but couldn't get anyone to come help us. Finally the fifth time we asked to call for the manager and the manager didn't come either. After waiting over 20 minutes we left the store. The associate that had helped us and had tried to get the manager to come help us just apologized.

The employees in every dept that we shopped at were awesome ! Very helpful and friendly staff. Took the time to answer all of our questions without making us feel rushed

I have shopped there every since it came to Arnold. I have never had a bad experience. The salespeople are always helpful and courteous. The store is always neat and clean. At times I go there just to browse and get ideas on doing things around my home. BRING BACK THE HOTDOG VENDOR!

It is definitely my go to store for all of my home improvement needs.

My store of choice! Friendly staff, clean aisles, and has most everything I need on hand. The staff is always willing to help or chat but not over the top. They really seem to love what they do and that's a great environment to be in.

The Arnold store is always very clean and organized. I really enjoy shopping there.
