FIRST TIME-WON'T BE THE LAST TIME
The customer service was outstanding. Six people assisted me my first time at this location and ALL were great, knowledgeable, professional, funny and kind. I was able to get extra information on how to use the items I purchased and other suggestions. No problems from the moment I asked my first question to help I received when loading my vehicle. Plenty in stock, clean, I didn't have to search for any help because there were enough people working and eager to help. They didn't run and hide when they saw me walking towards them (play busy). lol I will be back because I appreciate good service and don't mind spending my money when I receive outstanding service. Thank you

Rude Customer Service
I tried to make a return from buying the extra 10% of LVP flooring. The purchase was made on my wife's card and I forgot the receipt. Amber treatment completed with eye roll, huff and announcing how I as the customer was at fault "and there is nothing I can do".
I was simply seeking an instore credit as I had another purchase to make that day. I'm in the middle of a basement remodel project.
She also corrected my child riding a card which was beyond inappropriate. Unacceptable
