I travel two hours to access this store. We live in a rural area (I raise wheat and some cattle). I also waited to make this single purchase.This store is "always" stocked and packed with consumers. This is an active and interactive staff with the public whether purchases, information or price comparisons are the purpose for the visit. Parking can be an issue due crowding. The location is traffic locked at a major intersection.

There is a lady in customer service named Carmen. She is the most capable, helpful person I have ever dealt with in any customer service position. With a difficult problem, she did not say "sorry", but instead walked me through the store, looking for different employees to work with to resolve the issue. I just completed phase one of a remodel, $30,000 so far, and will be back to Home Depot for the rest, due to customer service like this!

Kelly was extremely helpful by jumping in and helping the return desk gal who was swamped.

Arvada Home Depot offers excellent support, regardless of your need for your visit. They provide kind and respect treatment of all people.

This store is under the gun due to the massive hail storm that hit Denver in May. The people in it, particularly Cindi Rawley, are amazing, unflappable, and dedicated to a fault. It makes shopping in a horrible atmosphere because of the storm, palatable and very bearable. It's amazing they are all still standing. Hats off to all of them.

Ordered a custom window...when it arrived, the quality was less than shoddy--dirty and misaligned seals around the acrylic. Customer Service said the store manager would contact me. Three days later I got a call from a service rep who was not the store manager. This person argued with me about the quality of the window, stating among other things that "at $99, this is what you would expect." Never shopping at this Home Depot again. I didn't mind the window ordering (and rejecting) process, but I didn't like how the representative spoke with me on the phone.

The associates do not know where anything is and will tell you the general area where they think it might be but don't escort you. So you end up on a wild goose chase around the store. The general manager won't come out of his office to speak to dissatisfied customers. He sends other associates in his place. Will not shop there again.

I always receive great customer service at this location, but on Saturday, the employees went above and beyond to help me out. Ask for Gentry! He is so knowledgeable, friendly and won't steer you wrong. The store is easy to navigate with a great selection and always very clean.

The customer service was exceptional. I needed bark in bulk for my yard, but I am not the kind of person who knows what he's doing in a Home Depot. Several people helped me. One was Doris, who helped clueless me determine just how much I should buy (38 bags, to be exact). Helping me set up the purchase and next-day delivery was Lisa. It was like she walked off a TV commercial for Home Depot Customer Support. A textbook example in how to help a customer through an unfamiliar process. Quick, painless, friendly - and it was much cheaper than I would have expected. I just think she's the best. And I was in and out in 10 minutes. (PS: I NEVER fill out these kinds of surveys. But Lisa (and Doris) made me want to do it.

I went to this store to order widows and the store is close to me. While in the process of ordering their system automatically upgraded each of my windows, for the small amount it was well worth the expense ( $2.00 ). These are also Jeld Wen windows.

The Arvada HD store personnel have been much more friendly and helpful in the past than they are n ow. Generally the store personnel have become more arrogant and disrespectful when they are dealing with an amateur such as me. An amateur who spends several (up to five or more) thousand dollars a year at the Arvada HD. They often walk away from me when i approach with a technical question, and their answers are condescending in more instances lately. The Arvada store is a busy place and it needs more staff in the heavy times, e.g. spring, Fridays and Saturdays.

Recently our daughter bought her first house (a fixer-upper) in Denver. My husband and I drove from Louisville, KY, with a trunkful of tools to help her settle in. She needed a lawn mower, outdoor grill, material for raised garden beds among many other odds and ends. Needless to say, we spent much of our time in the Arvada Home Depot on Wadsworth. We met Tim, the store manager who helped us pick out a grill and lawn mower. He was great - friendly, smiling, knowledgeable about the products and went out of his way to schedule a delivery since we couldn't fit everything in the car. We left the store feeling we made a new friend. Matt also stood out as our cashier - helpful, kind and patient. In fact, every employee went out of their way to help with a smile. We noticed The store was clean and well stocked - an amazing feat since it was always busy whenever we went in. We were very impressed with the Home Depot on Wadsworth and feel our daughter will be in good hands with future projects in her "fixer-upper".

I go to this store often and am glad when Courtney is our cashier. She has plenty of knowledge of the products and keeps the line moving. Overall the associates are very helpful.

Yesterday I went into home depot to have materials delivered to my home for a few home projects. I started working with a lady at the pro-desk and was quickly passed on to Monique, I guess my questions were a bit difficult for the first attendant. Monique was able to help me with both projects while multitasking at a level that was a real pleasure to witness. While navigating her computer to find the products I was requesting, she delt with customers in line behind me, customers on the phone, and co-workers. Monique was patient, courteous, proficient and extremely helpful..

I go to Home Depot because they carry name brand and other high quality products. This particular store has a good inventory and when you need help you can get it.

I was waiting in line at the cash register, after the cashier completed the check out with the person in front of me, she totally ignored me and went over to the person waiting in the register next to mine and started checking him out, when she was done with that person, instead of asking to help me, she was just standing there and socializing with other cashiers... Very unprofessional. horrible experience, will not ecommend this store to anyone....
