Clean, organized, great customer service, I won’t shop elsewhere.

It’s 80 mile drive to the Arvada store for me, I drive by the Brighton store 20 miles closer, because the service is hands down better at the Arvada store !

Shelves are well stocked, store clean and organized.

Store always appears clean. Have noticed a shortage on Milwaukee safety glasses ($9.99 clear). Have gone twice and they are always sold out. They always seem to have knowledgeable employees.

The Arvada Home Depot provides ample assistance in finding products and advice. You are usually greeted at the front of the store by a person that can direct you to the location of the product that your after.

I received great customer service with the cashiers and the workers in finding items in the store. Robyn, a manager helped me with some issues I had and made everything better! Great shopping experience!

What separates Home Depot from other DIY stores is experienced trades people on the floor to give advice. Simply telling someone where to find a particular product is of little use if the customer is unsure of what type of product they need. This store has very knowledgeable floor support available. That makes it my go-to store for remodeling supplies.

I have always liked shopping at this store because they always have what I need in stock and the employees have job knowledge and well trained. Also, the employees at this Home Depot are very customer conscious and so helpful. Anyone working there knows where I can find whatever, which aisle to go to. That saves me time. Plus the store is kept neat and the aisles are not cluttered up like some places. Being disabled, they always have a fully charged electric cart for me. Well managed and shopping here is a pleasant experience.

Been to many a Home Depot stores and for me, Arvada Home Depot is the best! Normally carries more product than many others. (Covid messing with that big time right now though). More often than not I can find help when I need it and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. Store is kept pretty clean and so are their restrooms.

In my last couple visits, the staff was not friendly or knowledgeable in the kitchen cabinet department and wood/moulding department. The kitchen department sent me on a wild goose chase trying to find someone to get a cabinet down from the top shelf. I asked 3 different workers in the area and they all said I needed to find someone else. One lady also told me that they could not help and bring the cabinet to the front even though my cart was full and I am disabled. What did they expect me to do?! They don't want me spending all my hard earned money there? Ridiculous! In the wood and moulding department, the expert told me they do not carry a standard round handrail. I believed him as it was not next to all the other stair/railing components. I left and found out online that of course they sell round handrails and they were in stock. I had to go all the way back and find it myself. Maybe I didn't go often enough before to notice the bad customer service or maybe its a new thing because of Covid19 stress. Either way, I am extremely dissatisfied this the department-based employee performance, and something should be done. The cashiers are fine.

Able to get in, get my online order and on my way in an in a quick and efficient manner.

We go out of our way to go to the Home Depot in Arvada. Why? Because we have always been satisfied with the staffing at the store, the fact that we're asked throughout our visits if we would like any help is really nice. The positive, knowledgeable, and helpful associates, makes for a pleasant experience. The store is clean, spacious and generally well stocked. I realize with the Coronavirus certain items are limited, and that's ok. I also want to thank all of your employees for being respectful of the mask & distance policies that are in place.

As always, employees are very helpful when assistance is needed.

Went to two different home depots and after the second attempt found the impact drill I was looking for located in Arvada. A lady named Connie assisted me in finding it. Very kind and helpful. Had a nice experience and will assuredly be back.

This Home Depot had the worse sanitary conditions of any store I have visited. They pushed customers to use the self-service check out but you had to use a hand held scanner to scan your items. No hand sanitizers, wipes or sprays were available. The hand scanner I picked up was slightly moist and sticky, which is insane with our current conditions. One the other hand, they had 3 young women standing around talking and watching everyone. I would think they could have sprayed or wiped the hand scanners but unfortunately, it appears the customers are on their own. They also excelled with the employee out front of the store yelling at customers to stay 6 feet apart. I have no idea if the shopping carts were cleaned, all I saw was a deserted spray bottle on top of a bar stool near the front of the store. Just to add to this, I had to drive home, wipe down the inside and outside of my car door handle, steering wheel, gear shift, seat belt and the door knob to enter my home. Wow, so much for being a valued customer of The Home Depot.

Such a great experience today, in the height of corona, it was actually the best part of a kind of crappy workday. I was couldn’t fine what I was looking for so asked for help, I wish I could remember the associates name but he gave me directions and a suggestion. I was directed to nail in staples, probably saving my fiancé a lot of work. Afterward, arms full after a few stops, I was in the garden section and Mac pointed me in the right direction AND brought me a cart. Everyone I encountered here today was amazing and helpful!!!

This Home Depot store is the best I have been to. The customer service is awesome. If you have a project in your head the employees do everything they can to help you put that vision together, with a wonderful customer service experience. Everyone seems to go out of their way to help you or get someone in that special department to assist you. Wonderful experience.

Very helpful and clean store, Angel, Anthony mgr, and the curly dark Key guy were all very helpful and polite and knew their jobs well as they directed us and helped with keys, and checking and Anthony even helped with pushing my merchandise cart as my child was in another cart. Angle said hi to my kid as directed us to aisle 11 keys, key guy smiled and helped make all our keys and waited patiently as I got them out.thanks for taking care of us.

Lived in Arvada for almost 50 years. Have visitred this store MANY times. If you haven't been in recently I recommend another visit - The store and the employees have an new attitude that is evident when you walk in the door. If you need help in the plumbing Department let me recommend Lenny. Wow, great attitude. helpful beyond belief. The whole store seems to have adopted the Lenny attitude. Well worth the trip even if you just walk through.

Just tell the guys in lumber to flat stack better. That's all I request. And a bed

Just don't ever need to return anything without a receipt. You will get in-store credit which isn't the issue, the issue is if you need to return an item you purchased with a in-store credit you will be denied the return and be required to go thru a 4 to 6 week appeal process to get refunded via in store credit. Very dis appointing. FYI this location is great, associates are friendly and helpful for the most part.
