I went into the Auburn home depot and search of a few items for my next project The place was spotless and I was greeted immediately with smiles and even a cordial hug. When I was done my shopping I came over to the pro desk and And experienced the usual exceptional customer service of Sue. She really made my day. In fact I am so pleased with the service that I completed this survey and wrote this review you on the spot so she could see How much she made my day

Brendan is extremely helpful, even when not on the clock if needed. He keeps me coming back.

I’ve been shopping at the Home Depot in Auburn Maine since 1998. They are hands-down, my favorite Home Depot in the state. Exceptional customer service.

I was just debating on whether to spend the money to fix my dryer or purchase a new dryer. I found one that I liked and purchased it.

3rd one I've had the bladder rupture in 8 years.The last one only lasted 2. This new unit the factory fittings leaked so I had to disassemble and tape everything after installation was complete.

Not enough help in aisles.

Been shopping at the Auburn store for years now and with every visit I've found what I was looking for . Wether it's paying my bill at the customer service or looking for a particular item, I've always been very satisfied . Wether it's getting help setting up my garden or talking with the pro dept about installing some new flooring.

Need to get rid of the self check out registers. There is always at least two or three employees standing at the self checkout. If you would put those employees at regular registers, then you could speed up the amount of people that check out. Not to mention the amount of miles you would save on stolen items. I just feel that if you are going to have employees standing there, they might as well be busy checking out customers.

Everytime I shop here half the construction carts are loaded with orders sitting in the aisle so you have to spend 20 minutes looking for a cart to purchase anything bigger then in a shopping cart with

Kyle learned from another employee that I was looking for Ryobi products in his area. He looked for and found me. He was VERY knowledgeable and I was very comfortable asking him anything. Kyle would make me want to return to the Auburn store. Thank you.

We got our new LG refrigerator and stove delivered on time. Two very nice men, courteous and efficient made it easy. The salesman Ed Tapley recommended LG and seemed very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with his common sense suggestions and great sense of humor. Both products are working well so far.

Good location, most of the staff and associates are knowledgeable and helpful. Lumber is a crap shoot as usual.

There is always some one there who is cheerfully willing to help, or find a knowledgeable coworker to assist you Thank you H.D

It's often hard to find a knowledgeable employee in many of these stores , including this one. But I found Thomas in Lawn and Garden and he had all the information I needed. He made the trip a positive today. Clayton in building materials is also my go to on that side of the store. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the plumbing dept. was very difficult to find what I was looking for and I couldn't get help, so I didn't get anything there and checked out. I'll have to go back or get it at another store.

In the men’s room, the seat in the handicap stall has been broken for at least 6 months. It does not appear broken, but if sat on it does not stay in place. Please fix

The Auburn (ME) location is the single most hospitable retail location that I shop; to include ALL retail stores. It is clear that the staff is the genuinely concerned with the shopper's experience, the friendliest, and the most knowledgeable associates you can encounter. I spent my career in the hospitality industry and understand that this behavior is intentional. It's engrained in your culture and reinforced by your local leadership team, who should be commended as well. It's a great store, thank you!

Associate we asked for help was very nice and helped locate item quickly...I think HD should sharply discount damaged items if customer is willing to put them to use, .. ., to get rid of damaged stock..They dispose of it anyway so why not help customer and create a possible return customer..

Pro canopy is cluttered with materials no parking for trailers

Manny has such an amazing energy he was so awesome! I went into the store feeling overwhelmed about my project, but after interacting with Manny he totally put a huge smile on my face! Also Sue was so kind at checkout.

I bought this last week to replace our older unit so glad we went to Home Depot for the replacement. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees at this store.

There seemed to be a large shipment of houseplants that needed to be shelved when I was there. A shout out to the fantastic employee working that department. She was diligently working while chatting with me and she was friendly, knowledgeable and and just great.

I had arranged a purchase and delivery of a refrigerator early on the 8th of December. It was scheduled to be delivered on the 13th of December between 11:30am - 3:30pm. The delivery was a NO SHOW and the scheduling organizer/employee called me at 5:00pm to let me know it wasn’t going to be delivered (not the delivery company). The scheduler was less than helpful. Short of telling me that the truck wasn’t coming they couldn’t offer an actual delivery time, and only provided a delivery date of December 16th. Additionally, the scheduler stated that only a supervisor could provide an actual delivery time. Another MASSIVE FAILURE: ALL supervisors were not available and left much earlier in the day (person that called assured before 3pm). After missing 4 hours of chargeable work time (I’m a corporate executive) on Friday, I’m now sitting around on Monday still waiting for my $2,000 fridge to arrive. Who can comp me for my time? And get my deliver onsite?
