The auburn store is always clean and neat . The associates are helpful and nice . It's very easy to find what your looking for most of the time and when you need help the associates guide you in the right direction.

Walked in and was met with an associate as soon as I got into the department. It was great to get help and out of the store in 15 minutes or less.

The employees are very helpful and are always very nice . Everything is fairly easy to find , Every time I've needed an associate they took me right to the product or went and got it for me. I would recommend to anyone who is building or remodeling their home for quality products or even helpful advice got to home depot .

The Auburn Home Depot is very clean and well organized. There are always staff available to help if needed. I love hardware stores, and sometimes go in just to browse. Staff are helpful, but unobtrusive and once I say that I am "OK" let me do my shopping on my own. On the other hand, on one occasion, I could not find a small item and asked for assistance. The sales associate gladly took the time to help me hunt it down. This store is convenient to my home and I shop there frequently.

The employees make all the difference in a business and you have a great crew.

Whenever my husband asks if I'd like to go shopping it's always a yes from me if we go to The Home Depot! I like doing projects and always find what I'm looking for there!

I was able to find just what I was looking for with the help of an associate they took me right to the item I was looking for

Always have stuff I need in stock, but some stuff is stashed where you'd never find it on your own...help is great but the store has, since it opened, always seemed short staffed regardless of how busy it is. I am not expecting personal valet or concierge -level service. but the department workers are always busy, and it seems rude to have to be so intrusive to get some assistance. Very rare to encounter a truly grouchy salesperson though.

Dawn at Customer Service was very helpful and pleasant. She even gave me some very useful advice about the product I was ordering.

We always go to Home Depot for all our home repairs unless theyt don't have want we want

Everyone was helpful, and nice and even though I did have to weight in line a few more mints then I wanted to the cashier did her best to keep the line going quickly and was super nice and helpful. Will go again soon for more supplies

When I provided an item at checkout that did not have a SKU on it, the person helping at the register immediately got another associate to go and look for the price. When the associate took longer than I had to offer to bring back the item with the SKU and I had to finish checking out by then, the person at the desk (who I'm assuming was a manager), indicated that I could take the item with me without having to pay to compensate for my inconvenience. That wasn't expected, but much appreciated as I realized these people cared about my time and were trying to do the right thing. That in itself would encourage me to come back to that store versus another store where I might find some of the same items.

Came into the store knew what we wanted but just not which one. Associate was there right away to show us the options and help us load up the trolley. I always find new stuff to try and people to help me make sure I have everything I need. Thanks for always being so easy.
