I already know where everything is and I don't need to ask for help usually.

No dust on the floors no oder atvall in the building very clean and so where the. associates very well spoken could understand what they where telling me

It was a rainy weekday, so not typically a busy do-it-yourself kind of day, which made for an easy and quick visit for us. There were plenty of associates available throughout the store ready to direct or answer questions. It was nice to enter such a large store then be able to shop and get out in a short amount of time. A line formed at the contractor side and they quickly opened another register. Sweet!

workers are nice and knowledgeable and the store was clean

My problem was the first two assoc were poor, the third save the sale.

I had no problems finding most items and when I could not find something, an associate would direct me as to where I should go.

I recently bought a boiler from Home Depot. The guys in the plumbing department helped me with instructions on what I needed to install it and how best to get it done. The associates in the Auburn Maine store are very helpful and great to talk with. They know their stuff!!! I know I can return to the store and get all the items and help I need to complete my project.

I shop here a lot. I pick the brains of the associates frequently and as a result I have become a regular handy man at home. I have learned so much about tools, doors and windows, lumber, fencing, electrical, and plumbing thanks to your store's expert associates.

While walking throughout the store every associate I pass greats me and ask if I need assistance but does not keep after me. They just stay available. The plumbing department associates are very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were starting from square one, never having renovated any part of our house's interior. We needed new kitchen cabinetry, countertops, and a new bathroom vanity. We approached the Kitchen Design staff and were able to work with Cammie Gregory, who shepherded us through the planning and purchasing, from start to finish. She welcomed the presence of our expert contractor, who eventually installed all the new cabinetry, which Cammie had helped us choose. She worked on her computer and was able to show us what, in general, we could expect the finished product to look like. She did everything right. After the measurements were taken and the cabinetry and granite were ordered, Cammie helped us select the items we'd be purchasing directly at the Auburn Home Depot--the vanity countertop, the drawer pulls, etc. We were extremely satisfied with the help Cammie gave us. She's an excellent representative of your store, and of the career of kitchen designing. And overall, we were very pleased with all of our dealings with the Home Depot during this project. That includes the granite company that has a contract with the Home Depot. Everyone was very professional.

Two of the items on sale in the current flier were sold out

I am very happy with the help I received and will certainly shop in the Auburn store again. I still have much to do on this house. It is an older house built in the 40's and some of the fixtures are older and in need of repair. The associate I met today was amazing, he helped us find exactly what we needed. His name is Scott and I will certainly ask for him my next visit to the store.

This store was very busy it was a week end and the time of season is planting so we used self check
