I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ALL .THIS STORE WAS VERY CLEAN EVEN THE RESTROOM. THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE ITEMS I NEEDED. I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT IN A LONG LINE ALTHOUGH IT WAS A LITTLE CROWED. THE STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PLEASENT ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR TRAINING YOUR STAFF PROPERLY.

Cashier in the Garden Center Christy is Fantastic,says hello, treats you like you're her friend

Friendly and knowledgeable people employed there. Store has a good inventory of items needed for jobs, one stop shopping makes life easier. Good store, especially for being in a high traffic location (surrounding area) and well worth the trip to this location. Other locations I will avoid, like the Cumberland Parkway one, Chaotic traffic, and doesn't have what we need for jobs most times, so it is not worth traveling to that one, even if it's closer to a job by the mileage! I'll visit the Austell/Mableton location, and the Powder Springs one instead!

Harassed in Self Check-Out by the Attendee Upon leaving the self checkout section, the attendee chased me down and yelled out that she needed to see my receipt. She then proceeded to go through each and every single one of my bags to match the receipt. When I asked if she was thorough in going through everyone's bags that utilize the self-check out, she said no and that she was not able to watch me scan all of my items. I saw several people, Caucasian people, that she did not watch check out and that she did not stop in order to check their receipts and make sure they didn't steal anything. I have had other issues with this attendee. On another instance while using self-checkout the same attendee watched me like a hawk the entire time. When I went to leave the store she stopped me and said that I did not scan all of my items and picked up a flattened box that was in my cart. The "item" that she was referring to was an old, flattened light bulb box that I'd brought to the store with me to make sure that I purchased the correct replacement bulbs. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this store. If there is a high percentage of loss due to theft, then perhaps they should invest in a person to stand at the door and check receipts, but having an over zealous self-checkout attendee to chase customers down and to be treated like a criminal is unacceptable. Having an attendee to target a certain demographic is even worse. Let me also add that I have NEVER had an attendee at any other Home Depot store to stop me, ask to see my receipt, and go through my bags.

Very friendly employees! Everyone that I have received help from was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions.

Easy to navigate, easy to shop. There are some great assistants in the store who really seem to know DIY, they are very helpful and friendly.

There were plenty of choices in the plant area. Some unusual plants. Store was clean. The employees were friendly and helpful.

Great place to spend Saturday mornings in the Lawn and Garden Center... or any time for that matter.

HOME DEPOT IS GENERAL FUN TO SHOP BUT AN ENCOUNTER WITH THE WRONG ASSOCIATE CAN CRASH YOUR ENTIRE VISIT..

Most of the associates are well trained, knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service. I just wish there were more employees like Penny, and I wish Linda was back.

I made my purchase, but I had to come back later that day to return a few items because I found them cheaper elsewhere. But, when I came back later that day(my exact return time was 5:58pm- and this fact should be verifiable by their store cameras), the return counter closed early...then I was told by management that the registers couldn't be reopened to process my simple return even though I made it back before their scheduled closing time(6pm-Easter Sunday)...this is HIGHLY unacceptable! I've worked retail jobs for more than 10 years and I know this is not true... UNACCEPTABLE!

I was helped by a gentleman with the arm sleeve tattoo, he was nice and was helpful. I was waiting on my husband to get a cart and I know I needed help to lift the lawn mower , the gentleman was going to help me lift the item and that was very nice of him! I wish I got his name to put in the review!!!

If you would like to have customer service, do not use this store. There are no cashier registers open, only self serve. Customer service is becoming a joke at Home Depot. I don't buy the fact that standards indicate this kind of service. Who asked the customers???

Store could be kept cleaner. Store could be made better to accommodate the handicapped and elderly. Not enough handicapped parking near entrances. Constantly see people not handicapped using the little handicapped parking they have. One day there were two men backed into a handicapped parking spot loading tile into the back of a car. They did have a Handicapped hanger placard however they both were able body as could be and were loading heavy tile into the back of a car. When I asked them why didn't they use the contractor loading area they told me to "shut up old man and mind my own business." Well, some of the Home depot personnel should have handled this but they didn't.

Anytime I have gone into this store and needed assistance I have always received prompt and courteous service. Having worked in retail for years I really appreciate good service.
