The employees in this store are rude and inattentive. I couldn't find the item I came in for (the Home Depot website showed 5 on hand in this location) and 5 employees walked past me and not one acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed any help. Will not be returning to this store.

This was the best Home Depot that I have ever shopped at. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the store and the positive attitudes of the staff. They were very knowledgeable about their store and the products they had, and took every opportunity to help me from start to finish.

I found just what I was looking for and more. The associates (Bryant & Cantrece) were very helpful and accommodating. Their attitude and personality made my shopping experience pleasurable.

Wanda at self checkout was extremely friendly and engaging from the moment I walked in the store. She took the time to look up the item I was looking for on her personal phone and showed me how I can do the same. When I came back thru self checkout because there were no cashier lines open, she still had a beautiful smile on her face and assisted me with the checkout process as if I was at a cashier Lane. She made me feel valued as a customer. She also helped a little kid that was nine cents short by digging in her pocket and using her own coins. I thought that was such a sweet gesture. Kudos to Home Depot for such a great ambassador!!

The service at this location is Awesome. For the best home improvement shopping experience, come to The Home Depot in Bartlett. The associates are always very friendly and helpful! That's important. Great Job.

Every time I come to Home Depot someone always asking me do I need any help, they always come back and check and make sure everything is okay. My husband loves shopping there also. I do recommend family friends to Home Depot.

Love this store! the quality of the professionals working here are amazing! It's clean, well organized and well stocked! the staff are warm, friendly, approachable (if they don't approach you first). The don't hide from you like at other places.
