I frequently visit the store at least twice a week for home improvements, and renovations. Everyone is always nice. It’s easy to shop. It’s neat and they stay open late. I appreciate them.

The Employees did point me to the correct area of the items I needed. They staff was polite

Horrible experience with Bartlett TN Home Depot. I ordered 2 AC window units since 7/1/25 and still have not received the order. It is extremely hot and we are suffocating!

Why are there so FEW AMERICAN WHITES working in the Memphis stores ? ?

Get a new company or new personnel to make deliveries. I would recommend the store but not delivery

We ordered 40 sheets of sheetrock amongst other materials which was supposed to be ready for pick up that morning. My son which recently had surgery to have a pacemaker put in was there to make the pickup for the order. It was supposed to be ready and loaded by the forklift. Upon arrival they took his receipt and said they'd load his order. After him sitting there for almost 2 hours the lumber associate came back and handed him the receipt and said they wouldn't have time to load the order that day and he'd have to come back the next. He asked them if they'd help him load the order on the cart and in the truck since the forklift wasn't available in which they refused to. He loaded them up on the cart by himself and asked for help to load them in the trailer which again the loading associate standing outfront told him he'd help him in a minute to which they walked off and never returned. After him waiting for 30 minutes for help i had to send a couple of guys off of one of our jobs to help him load the trailer. Not only was this dangerous to my sons health all 4 associates he tried to seek help from either refused to help him or blew him off. I would highly recommend not purchasing anything from this location. They've always had poor floor service and it associates and it continues to get worse.
