All I needed was salt today, but the staff was helpful and couldn't help but look around even though I didn't need anything else. Looked at the BBQ's and lawnmowers, yard tools, etc. Always a pleasure.

The Bartlett Home Depot is a store that I can always count on having the supplies that I need and the advice require in finishing home projects around my home.

First it took 25 min to find someone to help me in plumbing. When the guy gets there they didn't have the part even though the website said they did and I called earlier!

Smaller store but nice and organized. Clean and nice staff

We recently purchased a new bathroom vanity. Sales associates are always close by, friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile to find the information you are needing.

I dont like to spend alot of time shopping. When I went into the store and could not find what I needed, there was someone was there to help me. I didnt have to waste alot of time waiting around. All associates were nice!

Every time I visit here they have new things that I pick up and buy because they can be used for something that I have in mind. Very helpful employees, most friendly gentleman at the paint department. After a week he remembered my name and the paint I bought after only seeing me once. My favorite HD so far.

If you haven't tried the kids workshop, I highly recommend it. Every weekend, my son asks if it is project weekend.

our experience at our Home depot is always great. the associates are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Our cashier Lynn was very helpful when the register rang up a higher price than we expected. She didn't ask, she call mike straight away to clear up the matter. Mike was Johnny on spot to give us the lower mis-marked price. No fuss, just an apology and lower price and helped us get a part that missing from the package. Lynn was cheerful competent and fast.

store has majority of items a homeowner needs but does not have certain material items for commercial carpentry

i can do most things around the house, i have done many projects with the help of my friends and the bartlett home depot. i have been pleasently surprised on how knowledgeable everyone is, the help they provide is priceless for someone that is not in the trade.

Need more employees to help customers. Last few months, no one around to help it seems.

I had kids in the car that day. I didnt have to bother with loading my car with sod, the associate took care of that for me while I proceeded to pay the outside cashier for the purchase.
