Everyone at this store is so friendly and eagerly helpful in order to assist you. They never judge based on gender or experience level - they just help you do your job to the best of your ability. I really appreciate this store.

ANything I could possibly need to keep my lawn and yard in shape I can find at HOme Depot at great prices.

I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY LAST VISIT TO YOUR STORE. IT IS CONVENIENT, AS BARTLETT OFFERS NO ALTERNATIVE. THE ASSOCIATE IN THE LAWN AND GARDEN DEPT. WAS THE RUDEST MAN THAT I, AND THE CUSTOMERS AROUND ME THAT DAY, HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO ENCOUNTER IN SOME TIME. HE SHOWED NO INTEREST IN HIS JOB AND HAD ZERO RESPECT FOR ANY PERSON THAT DARE TO APPROACH HIM. WHAT A SHAME TO BE THAT HATEFUL.

I've spent a lot of time at the Bartlett, IL Home Depot due to a few recent home improvement projests. 100% satisfied with the store and employees.

home depot needs to honor the price of signs that are incorrect. Rose bushes were signed at a knock out price of 14.98 regular 21.98 was charged full price at check out and was told it was a vendor mistake and they could do nothing about it. This location just lost my business.

I found a wonderful arrangement of flowers and gardening supplies at this store and some very friendly people. One lady who wasn't so sure about stock tried very hard to assist us still. It was so nice!

We were part of the hidden chicken quality assurance process.. A rubber chicken was hidden in our cart items to see if the cashier was thorough in looking through the items purchased to prevent theft. Not only did she find the chicken, it was fun to be a part of the test. Nice to see active quality assurance monitoring. Plus all the associates were so friendly and nice. We love this store!!!

Thank you to the fella who assisted us with locating a step threshold and also for taking us over to the plumbing area where he showed us 2 products (Polybutlene Adapter and a Sharkbite Clip) ... if we can utilize these items for our copper pipe repair, it would be an ideal fix solution.
