The head of the Tool Rental department Brent took ownership of my issue, was empathetic and went the extra mile to resolve my issue. Brent is a wonderful asset and ambassador for The Home Depot. I'd also say the other employees that I encountered were also helpful and had positive attitudes which must be a testament to the great job that the managers at this particular location are doing in building a successful team to serve their customers. Please keep up the great work!

Numerous employees to assist customers in anyway possible.

I don't know his name of the employee but he was very kind and professional at all times. He also advised me about the product I was buying for in order to have a better shopping experience. I would get him promoted in no time if I was his boss cause he really knows how to get customers pleased. I thank him and the Home Depot store as well

Chryl in the paint department is a rockstar. She knows her business. (And no, I did spell her name correctly!) She’ll show you exactly where an item is, explain why you need a specific accessory to complete your project, and does it all with a smile!

I have shopped numerous times at this store and have always had excellent service.

Store was clean and the appliance associate, Emani, is an excellent sales associate over in the appliance area. She provided exceptional service and was very knowledgeable.

I had the opportunity to speak during the morning Group session to share some views as a client of Home Depot. As the manager allowed me to speak, I mentioned several great values at this Home Depot and I would suggest that every week or month a client should get an opportunity to speak why they are shopping here...It was an awesome experience to be so connected and appreciated afterwards. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff, very busy on weekends

Once you can find and hold someone's attention long enough to assist you, they are helpful. If you have the time, drive to another Home Depot. They seem very short staffed and the manager seems to be rather unconcerned at this location. It used to not be this way here.

The store is generally fine, but I have had several problems when having bulk purchases delivered. Twice, my order was transferred to another store for fulfillment and both times and both times, the store failed to delivered the correct product on the scheduled day. The Customer Service people are very friendly, and sympathetic to the problems, but unable to overcome the problems caused by the procedural issues of Home Depot.

I ordered a washer & dryer in January. The Ordering process was great as I called to order them. I was given a February delivery date. On that day no call, no one showed. I called & was told they were on backorder & would not be available until April. I was told I would be well compensated for my troubles since I was not told about the issues. I got a call In March they were ready for delivery. They arrived but both the washer & dryer were damaged. The washer was damaged enough that it was unusable. Delivery guys were super nice about it & knowledgeable. Again I was told I would be well compensated by Home Depot but they couldn’t tell me how much or what they could do until I accepted delivery. Got the call they would be delivered today between 9:30 & 1:30, with a 30 min warning call. I received the call only 5 min before they arrived. I was not impressed, they scratched my wall, brought in dirt/mud as it was rainy out. Heard them mention they were sure how to install & discussed confusingly which wires go where. They also Seemed annoyed that I wanted to put a towel down to keep most of the dirt & water from coming through my house. They didn’t have all the items I ordered, most importantly the stacking kit to complete the installation. They did install them side by side & another service person will come to install them correctly in 2 weeks. Home Depot refunded only 6% back as compensation. I’m far from satisfied with the delivery, installation & compensation for all my troubles!! I will not!! Order from Home Depot again. This is NOT the first order from Home Depot that has arrived to my home damaged.

Great customer service and good choice in products! Unlike many of the box stores that I have been to employees actually walked up to ask if you needed help. Everyone was very helpful and super nice. This store is well organized and clean. A nice friendly atmosphere.

I shop at the Brassfield Home Depot regularly. My recent experience shopping for LED recessed light upgrades was amazing. Janet, the Home Depot employee that assisted me in selecting the product that best fit my needs, was great. She quickly understood my requirements for LED conversion lighting, showed me available products, and quickly honed in on exactly what I needed. When shopping this store's Electrical Dept. look for Janet.

This Home Depot is the place to shop. The customer service is Top Hat!!! The Associates stand ready to help and even if you don't need help, they greet you with a smile and hello! I enjoy shopping here and go out of my way sometimes to shop here.

Plenty of handicapped parking, The sales associates are very friendly , knowledgeable,and very willing to help. Customer service issues are not a long wait or a long line. I can usually find more than one product option for what I'm looking for.

A bounty of smiles combined with the vast merchandise assortment greets me each time I visit the store. Cheerful sales associates are actually teachers/instructors eager to assist, seemly enjoying a vicarious experience in solving problems for customers.

This Home Depot service dept was absolutely amazing upon the remodeling my new kitchen, Steve in appliance, Matt and Sherlyn (oh that may not be her name, she help me purchase my carpet also) and she was absolutely awesome. I was coming to this store so much that everyone knew me and my family on a first name basis. Whatever I could not find the staff would make sure that I have enough within a weeks time. The store was always clean and they was always someone there to help me take my larger items to my car. They helped me no matter I needed ideas for. : appliances, cabinets, counter tops, blinds, backsplash (which is outstanding/) etc. They were always courteous, informative and professional. My kitchen and family room looks incredible! A professional designer could not have done a better job and that's my honest opinion. My husband is a construction worker from NY and did most of the demolishing and smaller jobs however the Home Depot staff helped him with planning and advising of what materials were needed for purchase. I am so vey pleased and proud of how everything turned out!

I got harassed by 2 men in the store because I was wearing a mask that says "the mask goes over your nose too". These men weren't wearing masks and told me to get out of the store. When I told an employee, he just shrugged and suggested I leave because there was nothing he could do if they weren't employees of Home Depot. Having a giant sign on the front of your store requiring masks means nothing if you allow anti-mask folks to harass your customers. I would have finished my shopping, but I took the clerk's suggestion and left instead of causing a scene. So... the employees are supporting folks who harass their customers and drive away business. Not a good place to shop.
