Most excellent!!!!!!!!!!!111

This Home Depot service dept was absolutely amazing upon the remodeling my new kitchen, Steve in appliance, Matt and Sherlyn (oh that may not be her name, she help me purchase my carpet also) and she was absolutely awesome. I was coming to this store so much that everyone knew me and my family on a first name basis. Whatever I could not find the staff would make sure that I have enough within a weeks time. The store was always clean and they was always someone there to help me take my larger items to my car. They helped me no matter I needed ideas for. : appliances, cabinets, counter tops, blinds, backsplash (which is outstanding/) etc. They were always courteous, informative and professional. My kitchen and family room looks incredible! A professional designer could not have done a better job and that's my honest opinion. My husband is a construction worker from NY and did most of the demolishing and smaller jobs however the Home Depot staff helped him with planning and advising of what materials were needed for purchase. I am so vey pleased and proud of how everything turned out!

Mary had Great Knowledge of the product I was looking for just a wealth for product Knowledge. Great to see Chris the story Manager engaging with the Customers and the Employees. Keep up the Great Customer Service

I got harassed by 2 men in the store because I was wearing a mask that says "the mask goes over your nose too". These men weren't wearing masks and told me to get out of the store. When I told an employee, he just shrugged and suggested I leave because there was nothing he could do if they weren't employees of Home Depot. Having a giant sign on the front of your store requiring masks means nothing if you allow anti-mask folks to harass your customers. I would have finished my shopping, but I took the clerk's suggestion and left instead of causing a scene. So... the employees are supporting folks who harass their customers and drive away business. Not a good place to shop.

Store seems well-run but contract appliance installer MiD Inc. of Greensboro is a miserable failure. Arrived to install an above-the-stove microwave. Installer spent all of 5 minutes studying the situation, said he didn’t have a long enough drill bit — don’t they sell those at Home Depot? — and gave up. Sale cancelled. Thanks for all the professionalism and dilligence, MiD Inc. No followup from the store so apparently they don’t care all that much either.

I am a man who can't shop because I can't find anything in any store. i am proud to proclaim today, 19JAN21 was not one of those grueling shopping days for me. I visited the Home Depot Store #3605 on North Battleground Avenue, was met at the door by an employee that greeted me as I walked in. HD Employee was wearing a facial mask and social distanced. I noticed that throughout the entire store. I appreciated that very much. I expressed what my need to be in the store was and a Customer Service Desk person paged the right person who helped me. I found what I needed, the price was right and I checked out.

My hubs and I went in specifically to purchase an outdoor bbq grill. Every associate we encountered was so friendly & helpful. I truly appreciate that in these times when people tend to be cranky, short tempered and generally less than enthusiastic to be at work. Thanks to cashiers Mary & Tamiko for being so friendly & chit-chatting with us and also to Steven in the Kitchen & Bath department for taking as much time as we needed in answering our questions - he never rushed us and was genuinely good natured & helpful. THANKS HOME DEPOT for choosing such customer focused folks!

This store is conveniently located near my home and the employees go out of their way to help me. They make recommendations and are willing to take products back if I don't make the right choice the first time.

This location had enough associates on hand to assist the customer. They were knowledge and most definitely did not state it was not their area. They were very friendly and helpful. All of the above is very important to me when I shop.

This has been my Home Depot for years. Love the store, love the workers. Its clean and neat.

Consistently stocked with needed items. Their items on the shelf is consistent with what is on their Smartphone Application.

Clean, convenient, and competent. The store employee's know the products in their departments and can direct you to the appropriate isle for your shopping need(s).

If you buy something from this store online to have it deliver on one of their trucks, don’t expect it to be delivered the day you picked. They told me it would be here between 6 AM to 8 PM and I even took a day off work to be here for them to deliver. Never showed up. Very disappointed. Worst experience I have had With this HD.

Bobby in flooring and Ruth Ann at the customer service were extremely professional and helpful. I was disappointed in the way Home Depot Measurement Services conducted business. Delayed responses and incomplete quotes led us to choose another service to install the floors Bobby sold to us.

Store was clean, outstanding sales reps, appliances that were not on hand were ordered and will be delivered.

I visited the Home Depot on Battleground around 8:00 this morning (6/13/20) and was very disappointed in the lack of concern for their customers. At least 4 of the 8 to10 home depot associates I saw did not have a mask on and were within 6 feet of others. I wear my mask to protect other shoppers and the home depot employees from the spread of COVID 19. (The mask is not to protect oneself!) It would be nice if the Home Depot corporation and their local management had policies to protect their employees, customers and communities from the spread of the virus such as employees wearing masks. North Carolina COVID numbers are all on the rise (new cases per day, number of hospitalizations, etc.). Let's keep our state open and safe!

Out of all the Stores in Greensboro this one on Brassfield rd is my husband and I favorite one to go too, they are always so very Friendly , very professional and really care about their customers . I must say the other store off of South Elm Eugene where we were going too, their customer service was horrible , our last experience there the manager was Great however the two cashiers they had was more interested in gossiping about folks in the store then helping them very unprofessional behavior did not seem to want to assist us at all more like we were bothering them . So We LOVE this store off of BRASSFIELD PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!!

Love this store clean and everyone is nice and friendly. Appliance selection is the best.
