NOT ONE employee was wearing a mask and the employees in general did not pay close attention to social distancing. They were especially slack about social distancing from each other.

I have found the employees in this store to be particularly helpful. Melissa in Appliances, Shirlena Morrison in Flooring and, especially, Steven Atkinson in Kitchen and Bath. I am sorry that I don’t know Melissa’s last name but Steven and Shirley do. I have always appreciated the work you do with disaster victims and that you staff your store adequately. In today’s world it is often difficult to find someone to help you and as a “senior” citizen I value having employees who are willing to take the time to be of assistance.

Store employee - Reggie - was extremely helpful in our purchase of a washer/dryer set. He was knowledgeable about the units and was friendly when we asked to explain a certain item.

Store was very clean and tidy. Went to the store to get a toolbox for my job, intending to meet my dad there. I got there, and not 20 seconds was I in there, and someone asked if they could help me. My dad had fone to another home depot by accident, so while I waited for him to come, i walked around the store. Everytime I passed the employee(same guy as before) he asked I'd my dad was on his was, and asked if I needed assistance. Cashier was also super friendly, and calmed me down(toolbox was the first thing I had ever financed, so I was scared about the process). I was very happy with the customer service, good customer service being a hard thing to find in most department stores now.

I had to return Christmas Lights that where the wrong brand. Jerome and another employee were able to guide me in the right direction, I was able to get what I needed without any hassle. Thank you!

Ruth-Ann was a WONDERFUL customer service employee! She was very helpful despite the confusing, complicated, and frustrating situation. She remained calm, patient and kind the whole time. One of the nicest employees I’ve come across! She had a smile on her face the whole time. Will definitely be back because of her! :)

Had a wonderful trip to buy a little plumbing and a lot of fall flowers. The employees were friendly and we had a great selection of flowers.

Ladies please don't go to this store by yourselves. I was sexually harassed by an employee here and while I appreciate customer service and the store manager seeming to take my complaint seriously I have no idea if anything will come of it. Better safe than sorry.

Outstanding home improvement store. Very clean, no packing materials in the aisles. Plenty of knowledgeable store associates willing to help me find whatever I need. A far cry from Lowes where finding anyone among the stacks of products often requires a hunt on my part. Also, on several visits to Lowes, when I've found an employee to ask where something is, they have either looked at me like they didn't know what I was talking about, or directed me to the wrong aisle. Generally speaking, while the prices are similar between Lowes and Home Depot, I'm more than happy to drive a few more blocks from where I live to Home Depot for their outstanding customer service.

I've found this store to be convenient, clean, and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and available to help. They appear to be happy to work there, which is not always what you see in big-box stores. Congratulations to the management for providing a good customer experience consistently.

Returns at this store are miserable and frustrating. There is never enough help and the return registers are no longer maned forcing you to go and wait at the customer (no) service desk. The clerks tat this desk were are clueless as to what customer service is. I was 7 in line and 2 persons were taking returns, calls, pickups and special orders. The manager at this store must be a complete idiot.

Great Home Depot. Always organized and helpful employees.

Personnel are friendly and helpful. The rental equipment personnel are knowledgeable about the equipment, i.e, how to use it, its best application, suggestions on what equipment is best for which jobs. The item I am looking for is available 19 out of 20 times. The exterior property is well maintained as is the interior.

check out was nice and easy. Its nice to see people at the checkout and not automated check outs.
