Great staff. Everything I need

Eric (a manager) got angry with me when I asked for him to explain how he was doing a complicated return. I understand that there were customers waiting, but this complication was because of the way an associate did a return, but I was treated like I messed this up and made it difficult for him. If he was having a bad day, I understand that. But I gave him an opportunity to do better when I acknowledged that he is getting angry and told him that I wasn't upset (I was very calm) and just wanted to understand. He then raised his voice and told me he was upset because he has customers waiting and then he walked over to another register to begin helping other customers with returns. I was made to feel like I wasn't a customer and that I did something wrong when I was just trying to do what should have been a simple return. Jacqueline the cashier that was on the phone with someone else with The Home Depot was very helpful, respectful, calm, and professional. Eric could learn a lot from her.

Reviewed prices at other home improvement stores and Home Depot continues to exceed the other stores.

The store manager was outstanding I can't remember her name it was last summer and she actually gave me a new rug with my receipt it started to get mold on it and also gave me a concrete cleaner to clean up all mold before I put new rug down she exchanged.

The old saying goes that Customer Service is King and the Green Bay East location does not disappoint. I've always found the staff to be very helpful, courteous, and respectful. It's not like going to a used car lot, the great you and ask for help, and then let you shop unless you need assistance. When you do need assistance they are eager to get answers to your questions and help you make smart purchases.

Laura in blinds was incredible and amazing in helping us with blinds. Jonathan was so friendly at checkout and so interactive and social. Very good employees!

I went into the store looking for a specific item needed for a DIY project involving a washing machine faucet replacement. I talked to Randy who knew exactly what I needed , walked me to the part, handed it to me and discussed the project with me, giving advice. He acknowledged he had a plumbing background and that made me feel very confident in my getting the right parts( he confirmed off the photo I showed him) and the replacement process being one I could handle. Randy provided excellent customer service, was very friendly and helpful. It’s nice to have an employee who knows his stuff, has that experience , knowledge that sadly is missing from many places these days.

I had an old can of paint that I needed shaken and went to this store. The paint department gentleman was extremely helpful and also assisted me with a purchase of discounted paint. I found another employee who found a computer and located a product for me. He then also found the Muriatic Acid that was stored in the back for me. Upon checking out, Johnathan the cashier was friendly and helpful and the manager also was very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience from the customer service point of view and I will certainly return here because of this.

I worked with Emmy and she helped me find everything I was looking for. It was nice to be able to do that.

None of the staff offered to help me. None of the staff greeted me. Too many of the staff were inappropriately and unprofessionally attired, which includes their use of personal-adornment trinkets (e.g. facial piercings, nasal piercings). One young man almost collided with me rather than yield the right of way to me. Too many of the staff were simply conversing with themselves or were staring at their mobile phones.

If you are in need of a washer or dryer, Stove, Fridge. Home Depot is the place to go.

My wife and I walked into the store with the idea of purchasing a washing machine. We walked out 15 minutes later with the transaction completed and the feeling that we had a good transaction with a knowledgeable staff associate.

I like home Depot now, I call it my mans store. It used to be fleetfarm but there not caring enough product, the little details are above and beyond at homedepots now. Prices are nice. And thee employees are very knowledgeable and kind. Thank you Homedepots.

I have never left this store without what I needed, feeling frustrated or disappointed. The staff are always willing to help and go above and beyond when needed to get you whatever you’re looking for.

I frequent this HD as my go to store. They’re always very helpful and well stocked with the components I am looking for. Even on custom projects the staff is ready to brainstorm and help figure out the logistics. Excellent store to visit. I do not recommend online ordering though with HD. I have had multiple orders messed up with their online ordering systems.

Always a nice cheery bunch of staff at the store. Although it took longer than it should have, the Manager took care of my checkout. Missed the 10% email discount, but Ryan C saved the day.

Really good and friendly place to shop

In my experience, The home Depot is my go to store for home improvements when it comes to selection and price. They offer great discounts for Veterans and even have a special parking space 😉. Its truely a home store. No sporting goods or groceries, no waiste of time rebates or forceably attached gas & automotive.
