The staff on Dec 20, 2018, from the guy I had questions for to the cashier to the delivery guys were awesome. I was in and out of the store with my jumbo tool box in 10 min.

The store is always clean and all the employees are always so helpful and friendly. And, knowledgeable, which is huge!!! Thanks!

My husband and I made 7 appliance purchases and worked with a design consultant to arrange for the ordering and purchase of granite kitchen countertops. The consultant was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the product lines, the process for ordering, and the Home Depot store policies as they applied to rebates, financing, product availability, etc. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion either in person, via email or phone. This communication was important to us due to the fact that we live one hour from the store. Through this process we have had to deal with other store employees who have been equally well prepared to assist us in a professional manner. I recommend the Green Bay #4915 Home Depot for your projects.

WE PURCHASED APPLIANCES AT THIS STORE AND THE ASSOCIATE KURT WAS SO HELPFUL, HONEST, AND FRIENDLY. OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE WAS VERY ENJOYABLE.

Karen in paint was phenomenal helped out out with a paint project from paint choice to colors and finishing techniques. Very satisfied with the help she gave me, and it was a busy day there.

Issue with promotional items that were not in POS system, had to wait 15-20 minutes to get it cleared up. Was the Rigid tool offer of buying drill and impact driver and receiving a free tool. Cashier shut down line because it took so long. Floor manager had to go back to shelf twice to investigate. Suggest better review of promotional items. Otherwise salesperson on floor was helpful in selecting the tools.

Store is nice. Julie from windows gives us excellent service. She always has time to say hello. She is considered a close friend since then. Jean was super nice and helped us oreder our stove.

I really like shopping there.You don't have to look for help,they come to you.Love their appliances and paints,colorsmixing ect.I have a GE frig from there 18 years ago Still going strong.Employees are so helpful and very polite

I had an issue with the pricing on an item after I left the store. I called and spoke with the manager, Angie, and she resolved my issue.

I made a large appliance purchase and was asked to fill out a survey chance to win a $5,000 gift card. I usually don't fill these out but the store associate, Sue, was very nice. Upon completing the survey, I happened to look at the rule and when the drawing is and I guess it had already happened. All entries needed to be submitted by Oct. 28th 2018 and the drawing was supposed to occur on Nov. 5th. Weird that they are still advertising this and you can't even win!! I made my purchase on 11/11/18. Nice way to false advertise and waste my time. I wonder if anyone actually won?

Home depot as a whole, online and stores should offer the military discount. This should especially apply to card holders. This should be something an employee verifies once and gets linked to your account so every time you use your card the discount is automatically applied.

As a healthcare provider,often need help with household services. Home dept has Always been accommodating with providing me resources to assist with child projects( will cut wood planks to whatever dimension I need at a moments notice)!! Mothers will understand! Amazing customer service!!
