We were shopping for our bathroom remodel. Ryan offered his assistance as soon as he noticed us and helped us find everything we were looking for. It made our shopping experience stress free, quick and easy!

I needed to return something and anticipated a long wait in a line and problems with the cashier being able to process the return. Instead, friendly cashier Tommy quickly and efficiently went through a line of customers amazingly fast. Let me add a smile was always on his face and my return was quickly processed.

Susan was extremely helpful, all the staff is so helpful and they layout of the store is easy to find what I need.

Store is clean and organized. Associates are knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a great experience at this Home Depot. Gordie was very helpful in making the decision as to which toilets and washer and dryer to purchase. The other employees were helpful, too. Any time we needed help finding something, an employee would stop what they were doing and take us to the aisle we were looking for.

I had an issue with some fence stain, I returned the product and talked to the assistant manager and she resolved my issue. She was kind, polite, and wanted to help me with my issue and didn't quit until I was satisfied with end result. Great store, great employees and a great assistant manager.

I love going to Home Depot because the people are exceptionally friendly, will personally help you locate what you're looking for and offer alternative suggestions, as well, in regard to the art of 'home repair'. They just don't point to an aisle and wish you well!

The Home Depot in Bellevue is one of the nicest and cleanest stores. The staff does go up and beyond to help the customers of their stores. This also is the ONLY place I will ever buy my summer vegetables and flowers. The quality is up and beyond. The variety is top notch in every category. WOMEN: This is your home decorating place to find decor' for your home that is unique.

While I have had positive experiences at this Home Depot, I had a terrible experience this week and will never buy paint from them again.

Staff was friendly but not very helpful. We bought an outdoor grill for over $800 and got very little assistance with the purchase. The person at the customer service check out was not trained in how to enter an order that required scheduling a home delivery and set up of the product. It took several staff members to complete the sale.

Ryan came to our rescue when a lazy sales associate told me she didn’t know the answers to my questions about dishwashers and I should look on the Home Depot website. Ryan answered all our questions and looked up important information so we could make an informed decision. Thank you, Ryan!

Great savings, GREAT staff and great choices

I felt welcome here from the time I entered the store until I left with my purchase. The Greeter pointed me in the right direction I needed to go for the carpenter tool I needed. Emmy in the Tool Department helped me find the tool I wanted. Joshua at the checkout was courteous and thanked me for shopping at Home Depot. How could I not chose to come back to this Home Depot again in the future?

Love this store! Especially at this location! Staff is very friendly and are always open to help! Chris at the paint department has helped me with choosing the perfect color for my living room! Super friendly staff and will always go to this location.

Always clean and well stocked for the most part. We know it’s harder with the virus.

At this location the staff are very friendly and willing to help. I worked with Randy in the Paint Department a few days ago and he was very helpful with coloring matching paint. He was like a one point of contact, and at times brought over other staff who could help with specific questions. Definitely recommend East side Depot and Randy in paint

We always enjoy shopping at the HomeDepot site. The store is clean and well maintained. The employees are very friendly. The self scanning check out is always well staffed.

Would give huge shout out to Sue at this store she sold us a refrigerator she was very friendly and very helpful would recommend her to anyone who needs to buy a refrigerator.
