Needed parts to fix a sink drain line in my basement. I showed your staff in the plumbing dept my pictures. He quickly helped me find the parts I needed, and explained a few steps along the way. Very helpful, and helped me avoid creating any other problems while making the repairs. Thank you very much.

I was disappointed it was all self check out. But the gal that helped me check out was great. She keyed in the salt I needed and help me out.

Bought a washer and dryer, and the installer damaged the dryer vent hose, and left without installing vent hose, steam function hose or even plugging it in or testing that it worked, which it did not. Very disappointing.

I recently went to my local Home Depot to buy a Ryobi 80v lawn tractor. It was recently available at a deep discount. My local store had one but they couldn't find the charger. After about three weeks they located a charger and I got the mower I really wanted. Thanks to Ken and all those at my local Home Depot for their due diligence in getting my mower for me.

had to load cabinets in my trailer for 3 different kitchens. everyone was on board to help and couldn't have done it without them. great crew

Purchased a dishwasher and they required delivery with an added fee. To make it worse they wouldn’t deliver to our address. We had to have it delivered to friends home in a town that they would deliver to and pick up ourselves from there. Very poor service!

And to the young lady in the paint department who helped me custom mix and color match the stain. She was so helpful with my needs. I really appreciated her. (Sept 20, 2024) Thanks to Hayden from the customer service desk who went above and beyond helping me add a receipt to my pros account on my app. (9/20/24) ( the THREE ladies sitting around the self checkout didn’t have a clue and wasn’t move fast to figure it out.) thank you Hayden for jumping in to help me. Ps, the manger on duty on 9/20/24 was also present and helpful when asked a question)

Moved to Laporte and the Home Depot in Bemidji is Awesome! I have been there quite a few times and the staff is TERRIFIC! The staff has quickly help me find just what I needed.

The salesperson working at the kitchen section was extremely helpful. Special thanks to her.

The professional and knowledgeable help as a customer was the best I've received ever. Not only did they help, but they helped educate about each product I needed to complete a home project. They stayed with me until the end of my list and for this I cannot recommend this store enough. Excellent customer service!

My husband and I went into the store not really expecting to get very much help as it seems to be in short supply these days! We were very pleasantly surprise to find a friendly and knowledgeable sales associate help us find the fridge that suited us the best.

We do a lot of projects at the cabin and we like how easy it is to find what we need and how helpful the employees are when we need help. It’s also nice to have a store in town to make a quick trip to get what we need.

The Bemidji store of Home Depot is staffed with friendly and helpful employees. This is a great place to shop for not just home improvement items but they also have a wonderful Garden Department.
