Great Store and easy to find, with a close in parking lot!!

Black Friday was a fun day to shop at the Benton Harbor HD. A lot of help from the associates. They were kind and very attentive to customers. They even had coffee and donuts for their customers. Who else does this? A great place to shop for hardware and construction needs.

The other big box hardware store in town didn't even carry what I was looking for but listed it on their website. So I ran over to the H.D. and I'm sure glad I did! Friendly staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for and on my way I went. Thanks everyone!

The store was getting ready for Black Friday sales so things were a little cluttered with sales items but overall everything was easy to find and the sales associates were more than friendly and helpful. We didn't have to try and find someone to help us like in other home stores, everyone that walked by offered help and was very friendly.

The Benton Harbor Home Depot should offer other stores in our area a class in customer assistance. They are great, from the time you walk into the store to the time you leave, they show appreciation for your shopping there.

The associates at this store are knowledgeable and helpful. They not only provided assistance in finding what I needed, but were enthusiastic to provide alternate suggestions for my home project. everything I needed was in stock, and even the cashier was very pleasant! I was visiting from Chicago and needed to grab a few items on my way back. I wish more of our stores were like this one!

Always willing to help and very knowledgeable associates are there to help you out. I'm always amazed at the knowledge these folks have. They take the time to help answer questions, give advice and will take you anywhere in the store to help in another area. If they can't answer the question, they'll get help from another associate in the area. They won't leave you stranded without answers.

I had been avoiding upgrading to LED light bulbs because of the cost. Home Depot had 60-watt equivalent LED bulbs on a super discount (subsidized by the local utility company). I could not resist, bought a house-load, and was amazed (no more burnt fingers touching hot bulbs, no more shattered glass bulbs, no more bulbs burning out suddenly in my trouble light when crawling under the car, no more CFLs with hazardous mercury). Wait to go, Home Depot--glad you participated in this program!

Home depot has alot of variety in products and is overall my favorite home improvement store.

I have noticed how much the store has improved when Chris Metcalf(?) is there.. He seems to get things done.

The sales person for the patio door that I purchased did an awesome job, she knew all the right answers to my questions. The cashier how ever was upset that she had to restart the process as I added to my order, I spent over $1000.00 on this visit, she should have been happy to get such a big order, not very happy about her attitude, it really upset me on how she acted.

I got the help I needed, found everything I needed, and got out of the store quickly.

Becky in flooring was wonderful to work with. She helped me resolve issues with my carpet order very quickly and it turned out even better than I thought! She helped me get exactly what I wanted and within my budget.

Very clean, great lighting, organized logical with great signage so things are easy to find. Associates proactively ask if they can help! Associates are friendly. The store is a real asset to our community!

The store has a great team of associates, that go the extra mile to help customers. Help with selection and loading purchases. Also when you need to make a return... it is quick and efficient

The sales assoicate, Ray was a tremendous help. Linda H. was the greeter and was very friendly and directed us to our first location. I also liked that the most Christmas trees were at eye level. My only recommendation would be to put all the Christmas trees at ground level. The trees are very beautiful!

Cashier was very rude and not helpful. Did not want to price match an item, did not give me 10% off price match. Clearly could tell she did not want to be there.

The associates helped look up the product on line. They took us to it in the store. Another associate checked for more on a shipment that had come in. Every associate we passed or that passed us greeted us and asked if needed help finding anything. Everyone of them! That was wonderful. Thank you.

I was helped by a man named Ray in the plumbing department, he was knowledgeable and very friendly. He also answered questions from others that were coming up to him at the same time he was helping me and Ray was able to answer the questions with out taking much time away from his help to me. Ray was polite, respectful and very knowledgeable. On my way to check out I asked for a manager so that I could commend him. I decided at that time that Loew's just lost my business. So thank you to the Benton Harbor store and to Ray.

The employee was very great and the store was nice clean

This is a good store to do business with. The people there go out of their way to be helpful when needed. Pro desk personnel know their products and services well and make suggestions or share ideas when needed or asked. Cashiers are helpful and courteous. Parking at or under the canopy is a big item for a contractor, as it saves time!

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot, the Store is clean, the associates are knowledgeable and always go out of their way to guide me to the product I seek. And the prices are reasonable. All in all, a great store for the home shopper.

As I walked into the store, I was greeted by the store associate, and asked if I needed help. Although I indicated that I was not in need of help, the associate noticed that I was looking at LED lights, and provided input that the signage was not providing as well as her personal thoughts on the usage of LED lights. She was very helpful, extremely friendly, and made the shopping experience better.

Associates always available to help or answer questions. There are other business in our area that could take lessons from this Home Depot on how to interact with their customers. This store is the best.

The store was clean, well lit and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! I interacted with the store manager and assistant manager along with several of the other associates. This Home Depot has really stepped up to the plate. I now prefer shopping here over the local Lowes
