Great Customer service
I bought siding corners some months ago and BH store 2768 did not have anymore in stock Cashier Natalee made a call to store 2720 and employee Sarah B. Devised a plan to help get the siding corner strip I desperately needed. I'm so grateful, I didn't expect them to go the extra mile. I'm so thankful.

Great Customer Service
I've found that this store has had items that were either out of stock or unavailable compared to my normal Portage/Kalamazoo store. Customer service has also been very attentive and the staff goes out of their way to help you find items quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic service and very friendly too.
I visit the Benton Harbor Home Depot most every day. I am greeted with smiling faces and a warm hello. If I need assistance, they are quick to provide it. We are lucky to have such a great place in our area. If your not shopping at HD, you should.
