Great shopping experience, even with limited space and merchandise.

I owe red some wide rollers for my DeWalt miter saw stand and it only took a few minutes the young man that help me was very nice and kind

The fellow that mixed my paint got it done quickly. He was friendly and nice as he could be.

I love this store. They always have what I need for all my home improvement needs and when I need to order anything to be delivered this store is very knowledgeable and efficient and I always get my orders delivered in a timely manner

Was doing a fence job and had to wait 2.5 hours to have concrete and 4x4’s loaded yesterday, and 1.5 hours to have 2x4’s loaded today. Unreal and unacceptable

The paint department employee gave me 5 star customer service. The price of paint was very reasonable compared to other stores.

This store is overstocked with product in the main aisle that is like heading down a small one way street, you know the ones where you have to go to the ditch to let another person go by. Never had anyone ask if we needed help even though we went from one end to the other. Good thing we found what we needed. May have bought other products if we had been asked.

Visited the Benton Home Depot on 10/31 to take advantage of a special they were running on Ridgid tools. There was some confusion due to a starter battery kit being in the wrong bin but one of the managers, a tall redhead, was quite helpful and took the time to resolve my problem. A lady at the customer service desk was also quite helpful and was both efficient and highly knowledgeable. That's the kind of service that will bring me back

I was very pleased with my trip in to Home Depot in Benton, AR. I found their customer service was excellent. I knew what I was after but had trouble finding it and a nice employee showed me around and even gave me feedback on my project. Although they didn’t have everything I was looking for I know where to go for what I need now.

Delivery delayed a day. Next Delivery order incomplete. Brought my materials for fence, but no quick create. Had to demand someone bring out that day and not the next. Several missing items. Wife spent off day trying to resolve only to be told she could pick up missing items at other locations in the area. Also wrong email is on my new account. They can not fix on local level

What a waste of time. I get it was busy this Saturday, but I waited at the key center for 20 minutes for some help to get keys cut. One person said they would send someone over. The other said they had no one to cut keys that day. I wouldn't hold your breath on a busy day of getting any help.

Three times waited for some one to open the tool cabinet for battery powered tools. But nobody ever showed up. After 15 minutes left and went to a mom and pop store later that day and spent my 1000.00 with them.

It was difficult finding someone to help. I followed 3 employees yelling for someone to help. The person I finally got to Help was somewhat rude and told me he did not work in the area where I was shopping but did answer my questions and helped me load the items in my cart. Getting help in the main part of the store has frequently been a n issue each time I come to this store. Shopping in the garden center is not usually a problem. However, when I entered the main part of the store, there was a large display of dead dried plants. It made me not want to purchase plants.

when I first moved to Arkansas 30 years ago, I was a Home Depot fan as I was used to them from where I moved from. Slowly over time, this store has slid down hill. I have used the store in Mabelvale and appears better stocked and managed. Sometimes I will go to the Chenal store, again much better. This store needs a management upgrade.

Had to load a long heavy 2 person box of metal Shelving by myself with four associates within arms length not helping me. Rude. Told them sarcastically thanks after I got loaded. Has to push to front by myself.

Price are high and service is not that great

Purchased 50 landscape pavers, loaded onto the flat cart and then into our truck. No one offered assistance although several employees saw us and made sure they went a different direction. As an older person, I sure would appreciate some help sometimes. If you go to this store, plan on doing it yourself. Employees won't and management clearly doesn't care.

The welcoming, helpful attitudes of the team members is refreshing!! Previous visits, I got the impression I was "burdening" the employees by asking for help.. Yesterday, 8/10/24, almost every employee greeted me warmly, offered to help, or thanked me for my business. The overall "vibe" of the store was much better. This level of service EARNS repeat business and referrals.

I have been shopping at the Benton store since it opened and the service has been exceptional every time I visit. They stand by their products and always help me with loading. I highly recommend the Benton store.

Built my home in Hot Springs Village in 2018. Just about all the building material and appliances, excluding the concrete and roof trusses came out of the Benton Home Depot. I had a lot of help from employees who were retired building professionals. The only problem with well over $ 150,000 in purchases was some of the double pane windows leaked causing distortion in the glass. I have continued to made regular drives since 2018 to the Benton store even though there is a closer option in Hot Springs.

Store was short handed and could not get help to find items needed in tile and flooring area. Asked for help twice and no one ever responded. Settled for different color since we could not get help

It’s always a great experience. Online pickups to in store shopping. Store is always in order and workers are always helpful everytime I shop!

I went to Home Depot to get oil for weedeater, and a hose for my pressure washer and weed eater line and 32 pavers.. every employee that I passed asked if they could help and answered my questions and totally polite and respectful .. The young lady Sidney in the garden dept checkout was awesome to get me the help I needed.. And George loaded my 32 pavers and was also kind and respectful to me

The Benton Home Depot has the best staff and customer service. Unlike their competitor, you do not have to hunt someone down to help you with your purchase.
