Home Depot in Benton Arkansas has the best priced and quality building products of all the retail construction type stores.

Would be nice if this store had a tool rental department. I know a few people and contractors who feel the same way. The closest rent location is 20 miles away which is inconvenient when time is critical to complete a job.

Good customer support

This is the first time in years I have been to H.D., as it is 45 minutes from my town. I'm painting my house (ext) and the rebate, plus research on Behr Paint, was part of my decision. The colors were FABULOUS! The paint reps listened, advised me on the type and finish I was looking for-GREAT experience, as I have to live with this exterior paint for years...and they didnt try to steer me. A lot of department reps treat me like I dont have a clue and I find it condescending and insulting. I have built, remodeled, bought and sold many homes and sometimes I "test" them...prices are great, stock is current and available, the ONLY downside was, postsale, finding someone to put the 5 gallon bucket in my car(I'm 60ish). Shdnt have had to wait 30 minutes for someone to do something that takes maybe 5 minutes...outside of that-GREAT experience!!!

The Benton Home Depot employees are the friendliest and most knowledgable of every one of their competitors that I've visited. I have even had an employee find that their store didnt carry the specific item in the store so they got on their Home Depot App and ordered it to be sent to my house. Wow, Now That's Service!

Great prices, friendly staff!

I shop at this store many times because it is close to where I live. The employees are always there to help me no matter what department I am in. A great store to buy my gardening soils, mulch, flowers, edging and any replacement parts we need for our appliances. Hope to get kitchen and bathroom counter tops in the near future.

Great Store!

The Benton Home Depot seems to have some of the best employees who seem to really enjoy their jobs. They are always eager to help either with finding what I need or in finding the right people to help me get a job done. I have never had a bad experience there and I've been shopping there since they opened.

I needed to order carpet. The employees were very helpful. The Benton Home Depot store was clean and the employees were friendly. This store nailed it! This store is a 5 star store.

Empty store. Employees walking around, Asked for help 4 times, one girl called on the radio, I finally got help in the Tool asile no one wanted to make sure I received what i needed. Took me, 10 mins to get someone. This poor guy did not have a clue want i was talking about

The employees were great. One helped us through our outdoor light choices. He knew a lot about them. The next man helped me pick a 5 piece cordless power tool pack. He then helped me buy an air compressor, brad nail gun, etc. Then he took me to the checkout and explained the importance of registering my stuff for warranty.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST HOME DEPOTS IN ARKANSAS , THE SELECTION IS LARGE AND THERE IS ALWAYS HELP WHEN NEEDED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, AND HAVE KNOWN OTHER STORES TO DO THE SAME WHERE THEY DO NOT CARRY AS MUCH AS THIS ONE DOES. THE EMPLOYEES KNOW THERE STUFF AS WELL WHICH HELPS ME AS A DO IT YOURSELF GIRL.

Very helpful employees

Love this store because of the employees. They are professional, helpful and knowledgeable. If you are a novice and need real assistance, go to this store to get your supplies and let them assist you. Most store employees tend to ignore women especially older woman, however the employees at this store were so very helpful in making sure I had the correct tools and supplies. The employees showed me where to find the items I needed for my project. They took the time to explain my options and answer all my questions. Shout out to Carlton and Margaret. Home project was a sucesss. Thank you.

This store is our go-to store for any type of home repair,gardening and lighting products. The employees are all very helpful and go out of their way to make sure we have a great buying experience.

The product I purchased on 1/15/19 was a hot water tank. Brittanny, the clerk at check out, was extremely helpful. She helped me to register on my iPhone, the protection plan I purchased. I offered to tip her, but she declined, saying it was her job.

I always receive great customer service at this location. There is always someone available to help me when needed. I don't have to run down the whole store to track a service representative down. Everyone here is always so kind to me and they all seem to really enjoy their job.

Everything about this store was great from my time I went in to the time I left I would have stayed longer but my daughter was waiting for me, but I will definitely be back

I always enjoy going into this store. The employees are always helpful, and if they can't answer a question, they will find someone who can. The store is always clean, well-stocked and with clear signage. I usually don't have to wait long for returns or purchases.
