We had luck picking out carpeting and very satisfied with the assistance we received. Was not happy with the store cost for window shades. Too highly priced for regular shades.

very friendly, answered all questions and lead me to the product I was looking for. Cashier was very nice.

The store is generally clean and organized, there could be a few things that could be improved upon especially in the hardware department. There is items that are not in the places that they are supposed to be in.

ask for chris the guy who help me it was around 8Pm on a monday . if you are use to good old fashion customer service where the employee sees you through all the way aske for him. he takes pride in what he does their you can tell by the way he he makes sure you have everything thing you need,

I always use this store it has many materials that I use in stock.Its always neat and clean.

The staff in your store should be commended for the friendliness and helpfulness. I was struck by the greetings and offers of help I received within a minute of entering the store. Everyone I encountered was very nice, smiling, and seemed to enjoy thrie job. I never felt like it was a chore for them to do their job. Even a female vendor stocking shelves in the housewares aisle went above and beyond to call an associate to get assistance for me.

The Berlin store has the best Pro Desk and Pro team. Those guys are very efficient and always eager to help. My items are always ready when they said they would be.

I have always been happy shopping in the Berlin store. Sometime it takes me some timme to find someone to help me, but I always find help. Keep the store the same.

Very clean store and the staff go out of their way to help you out

I will only speak for the Berlin Home Depot because I have been to others where the workers are just not that friendly and slightly dirtier. I bought a home a couple of years ago. Went to Lowes (around the corner from home) for a bit then realized that the service just wasn't up to par, not to mention the same things cost way more. Either or, I decided to go back to Home Depot and I'm glad I did!! These employees are ON IT! They are always willing to help no matter what. I am beginning to know them by name (Sebby, Irena, Melisa L). They just go above and beyond pretty much ALL THE TIME that you can't help but to continue going. Even if you ask the simplest of questions, they don't hesitate to answer. AND make jokes! Love it that they make shopping comfortable! Cheers!

I love this store...they employees here are always helpful and go out of their way to encourage and advise on projects. I would highly recommend this store.

Second year in a row just before Thanksgiving we had to make an emergency visit and Home Depot came to the rescue. We bought a stove last year and a refrigerator this year. The service was wonderful and the assistance to pick appliances was unbelievable. Both years they got on their computers and we were finding and buying what we needed. Thanks Home Depot for hiring the appropriate assistants.

This store in Berlin Ct has some of the nicest and knowledgeable employees in the business. The cashiers are friendly and quick. It is a nice place to shop. This store is well stocked thank you. joe d

Extremely happy and satisfied with our experience shopping at the Berlin Home Depot. Sebby was very patient and professional throughout the process of selecting and ordering our doors. His broad background in home projects was invaluable and very much appreciative. He and Charles worked hard to accommodate our budget using the very best materials and choices. We highly recommend your store with its excellent roster of friendly and helpful employees!!!

Every one at this store is always helpful and friendly. Even if it is not there department they will send you in the right direction. The store is clean and organized No one is ever trying to sell you something you don't need. They know what they are selling!.

I had a very pleasant experience in this store.. I had purchased a washer from this store a few years ago that gave us nothing but trouble. The washer has since stopped working and I needed to purchase a new one. Being very confused of which one to purchase due to our past experience, I was approached by an employee who helped me with the decision by showing me reviews online which I had seen earlier in the day. With his input I was able to purchase my new washer without delay.. I was in and out of there very quickly.

always helpful staff and friendly

Customer service is APPALLING! Ordered a washer which they could not deliver on two promised dates. When I requested a refund, they promised that too - and did not deliver. A month later I'm stuck with a credit card late charge and negative credit rating issue. I will never purchase anything from them again.

Sebastian from HomeDepot Berlin helped me with my 16 window order. He advised me about the different windows available and the features. It took me some time to decide on what windows I will purchase due to local historical requirements (approval) and the size of the order. Sebastian was there with help and advice - each and every time! I couldn't imagine a better person to help me with my window order. Sebastian was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will recommend Home Depot to all my relatives and friends.

Delivery dates are false. Do not plan anything until the items get delivered. Very poor in delivery commitment.

Jim in the carpet department was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me exactly what I was looking for and set everything up and answered all my questions. Even after my quote had a problem. He corrected it and did exactly what I asked him to. Excellent service. Not used to someone actually listening to me and doing what I asked. Thank you Jim. You are a valuable asset to Home Depot in Berlin.

Right away I was greeted by an employee...He asked me what he could assist me with and when he didnt know the answer to a specific question he called another employee, Sebby, who stuck with the question and found what I needed. Both gentlemen owned the problem and worked to resolve it quickly.

I visited the Garden Center on 6/21 to purchase some plants. I was shocked to see that half of their stock was dead - due to a lack of water. What had the employees been doing? Had the store manager never visited that part of the store? I like Home Depot's selection of plants but will never again shop at this location nor do I recommend it to anyone.

I spent a lot of time in the kitchen department during to process of redoing my kitchen. So many employees walked by with a smile and a friendly "hello" Some even recognized me from the amount of time I was there, and it made the whole process pleasant. Tony in kitchens is very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients

I drove all the way to this store from Old Saybrook due to the amazing customer service by Mark Wentland. I had been to other stores shopping for a new refrigerator but they did not take the time or effort to help me find a refrigerator for my small space. Mark was patient, a good listener and had fabulous suggestions. He found me the frig I needed within my budget! Although this store in Berlin is farther than the other Home Depot’s, I will always shop at this one as the employees go above and beyond!

This store is the largest Home Depot we've visited in Connecticut. The staff are consistently cheerful and helpful, no matter which department. We've had trouble finding assistance at other Home Depot stores, but never have a problem here. The store is clean and well-organized, and special deals are always available right in front. We actually drive ten minutes more to go to this store, rather than the West Hartford store.
