Will return the tools I purchased because not what I needed. Tool needed was locked up. Employees were not visible nor wanted to help. Would disappear when tried to flag them down.

Found what we needed at a good price .was told delivery might be later than usual due to flooding in NC/SC but it was on our porch within 3:days.the delivery men were real nice doing a good job.We always enjoy going to Home Depot in Blairsville..nice workers and always find what we need

Beside my French door issue, I bought a washer/dryer that was delivered but not installed, and a refrigerator that is still not properly installed. The refrigerator was scheduled for delivery between 9:30 and 1:30. When it arrived at 4:00, the driver.destroyed our driveway, tore down electrical lines, took 2 1/2 hours to get it through the door, didn't hook it up or take away the old refrigerator and left late at night without leaving an owner's.manual...

They always have what I am looking for and the staff is always pleasant to deal with.

Suggestion: Home Depot employees should wear name tags or I.D. tags so customers can identify them.I recently had a "great" experience at the Home Depot in Blairsville. I would really like to commend this individual in Customer Service that is responsible for solving my problem, but I did not notice her name.

I got two Amerigas exchange tanks 6 months ago and when I went to change them out for my gas grill, there was a leak coming from inside the tank when I opened the valve. I called Home Depot and spoke the Tammy and she said without hesitation, bring the defective tank back and they will replace at no charge. There was never a question if I did something to the tank ( which I didn’t) or if I still had my receipt. Ty so much for displaying excellent customer service skills that you don’t always experience these days from Retailers.

Employees smile and speak and ask to help. Makes you want to shop there, even drive further to get a product you want.

Difficult to find customer service. Employees are rude and act like helping a customer is an imposition.

I know Home Depot isn’t your local Camping store, however being in an area that caters to all the national and state parks In this Tri-State area, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee if I can’t pick it up, I can Most times order it and have it within 2 to 5 days. In this instance, it was a 20 foot sewer hose. You never know when they’re gonna fail until they do. Thankfully, they had one in stock in Blairsville

The Blairsville Home Depot is like my family store. It’s sad that I cannot go that often because of my budget one allowed everything is so expensive gas food, insurance, property, taxes, car insurance. my dog knows some of the employees at the Blairsville Home Depot and they always come and greet her with treats and how kind they are to her. It makes me like shopping there. I miss going to Home Depot because I can’t afford it much anymore.

Went to buy a freezer but the one I wanted was not available and the clerk would not sell me the display so I ended up buying one that I didn't want because I had to have a freezer immediately.

I have always found the associates extremely helpful and knowledgeable taking you the the isle that contains what your looking for.

There is a man named Thomas working at Blairsville who is very helpful and knowledgeable in plumbing and perhaps other areas. He was so patient with me as a woman trying to make repairs. He deserves a reward, he has worked at HD for 13 years.

Jamie at check out station #5 saved Home Depot an almost lost sale. I had traveled from Murphy, which I do once or twice a month. After walking the length of the store twice in search of help with products and check out services, encountering the "The Silver Hair Lady and her Stud Muffin" which offered no help, I came across Jamie at check out lane #5 who opened up a check out station to assist the twenty people searching for a live person manning a check out station. She is wonderful! Jamie for customer service rep of the year.

Management at this store needs to find a way to go back to home depots roots. This store is not like it used to be. From staffing problems to unfriendliness, to no longer trying to take care of the customers at hand. This store has really went down hill since Covid and it seems this store cares more about the dollar than the customer.

A while ago we went to Home Depot in Blairesville, GA to find a large extension pole. The ones you had were too short. The gentleman in that department offered to go home and get his to lend it to us. How many times does that happen in this day and age. It made quite an impression on us.
