The employees in the Blue Ridge store are incredible. They make you feel like family and are interested in your projects. They remember you and what you are working on and ask about your progress when you go back into the store. The people who have really stood out are Tina at the pro desk and Christie in returns. Everyone is so helpful.

Blue Ridge Home Depot has really improved over the three years we have lived here. The one problem I have is in the garden area, upon check out you have difficulty getting someone to help load your vehicle. The cashier calls but no one comes and therefore you are left waiting or have to do it yourself. The last visit our cashier, Terry came out and assisted!!

Garden center has barely any choices of plants and employee was down right rude disrespectful rolling eyes, not offering assistance to handicapped

HD rep Marc in Millwork went out of his way to make our storm door ordering experience a more than pleasant one by providing tech info in a professional courteous manner on doors available, low e and hardware availability and went out of his way to answer our questions about same. Much to our delight, he also pointed out that if we could wait until Aug. 10, just a few days from now, you would be having a storm door promo with 15% off. Well, as retirees, we are always looking for value and not only that, Marc worked up a written quote on the special order door that we can just call in on the 10th and place this order by phone using the quote # and our Home Depot card. My wife and I thought that this was just exceptional service on Marc's part, not very commonplace in many other home improvement stores. He went on to explain that since we are having HD provide the installation, the install rep will call us once the door arrives, pick it up and come out and install it at a time suitable to our and his schedule. Great service throughout the buying experience at this store.

I have to say if you are looking to have the best customer service you got to look up Tina she is a Pro cashier. She will go out of her way and she will always greet you with a smile and will help you in anyway possible . She treats each of her customers like family .. I have seen her in pain due to a condition she has and she is still just as helpful and freindly as always even when she is hurting she truly cares for her customers and she treats you like family ..

The HD in Blue Ridge is the closest to our cabin in Cherry Log and we visit about once a month. The store is always clean and neat and the staff very friendly and helpful when we need it. Great folks.

The Blue Ridge store is a very nice place to shop. The people are so friendly and helpful. The store is clean and origamized and they have a nice variety of products. I will shop here often.

i was quite impressed at the young man who checked us out. quite eager and engaging. i thought: he enjoys his job. our visit was on june 18, 2017 and i want to add...........he was wearing a fragrance that tickled my nostrils! - "cool water"...i believe he said - hahahahahahaha!

I live to shop here. Everything clean and convenient. Would go more often if I could also bring my dog. Since they have stopped allowing pets my visits are much less.

i have been in a number of Home Depots, and this is by far the best experience I have had. The employees are always extremely courteous and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the store and the merchandise. i recommend this store to anyone coming to Blue Ridge!

I've lived in Blue Ridge 7 years, and visited our HD numerous times. Every single time, I find great employees, always available, and wonderful stock for anything I need. I'm a big gardener, and depend on the Garden Center all year long. The people there, and in the whole store are the best store salespeople I've ever met. Couldn't be better!

At this store the entire sales force is willing to help you, every Department does. In lumber a young man helped me select and pull the correct size of lumber I needed. He was helpful in that not only did he go with me but he mentioned that they had 2 qualities of treated 2x4' not just one. I live in Fayetteville, Georgia and at that store the sales people seen to try to avoid you or pretend they don't see you if you need help with lumber. In Fayetteville I usually shop at Lowes next door because that store has more helpful people than at Home Depot there.. This Home Depot store in Blue Ridge has the most helpful people of any Home Depot I have visited. should be used as a training facility for the folks in the Home Depot in Fayetteville Ga. I am not a general contractor but I have spent a great deal of money at Home Depot. Usually several time a week I am in there.

We have purchased a number of items from Home Depot since we moved to this area in 2012. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff has always been helpful and available to assist us with questions. The garden center staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Blue Ridge, GA Home Depot Store is the best HD Store at which I have ever shopped! The Management and Staff are amazing! Yolanda in the pro center is awesome and REALLY knows her stuff!

This Store Manager and Staff should be commended. They are so friendly and you don't have to look for THEM, when you need assistance, they seek YOU out and ask if they can help you find anything! They have reserved Parking spaces for Military Veterans and I appreciate that as I feel we can NEVER repay OUR Veterans for the sacrifices they and their families have made for us!
