It is hard to get the stock items at times in stores, however everything I needed they had. The employees I came across were to say the least outstanding. Only saw one girl at service area that seemed to be very mouthy with customers and employees. Most of the people were terrific.

I bought window products to fix our windows for winter. From wood to tape to weather strips. Everyone was very kind an helpful. I’d tell all people to come to our Home Depot in Blue Ridge Ga. We got the best!!!

Jackie and Ray were fabulous to work with!! You don't often have employees go the extra mile for you. These employees made me feel like I was a part of the family.

Above is for NON service in loading dock today. Customer Service comes first!!!!! If you have rude people, refusing to assist customers load lumber, then you may as well shut down.

Went thru the hassle of waiting days to weeks to get appointments for measuring, estimates, and product selection. Finally, went to pay $7200.00 at the store only to find out the whole thing was contracted incorrectly. Samples of products missing from shelves, incompetent clerks at Customer Service Desk. The guy in flooring was on the ball, he gets the star in this rating. Management needs to get their head out of their *** and pay more attention to customer service and subcontractor reliability and less energy on voting rights, social issues . . . we don't pay for your moral guidance.

Everyone at this store is helpful and friendly. They always have what I need even if we need to do a special order.

I love Home Depot and go there often. My complaint is all the rude people parking in the loading zone. I have always gone in, purchased products, pulled up the the LOADING zone, and loaded my purchases. Some people pull right in and park there. I was there today over an hour and the SAME trucks were still there when I left. The problem is, one person gets away with it and others start to PARK there. This is so rude and inconsiderate to others shopping. Why can't something be done, maybe put a 15 minute parking only sign!!!!!!! Surely, HD can fix this!

The Blue Ridge Home Depot has very friendly employees and plenty of selection on everything you need for your home and garden. I have always found someone to answer my questions or help me locate something.

Love Home Depot.....I missed shopping in the Blue Ridge Home Depot one day last week and was surprised I didn't get a call to see if I was OK, I am in the store almost daily....do wish they had a tool rental....when I first moved to Blue Ridge and went to Home Depot to rent a truck and was told they do not rent trucks in Blue Ridge because everyone in Blue Ridge has a truck.

The store and it's employees were very professional and helpful the whole time I was I.

The Blue Ridge Store is getting better and better. There were times when no one was out at the loading dock to assist and there is always someone there now. Nice, friendly, and helpful is a great description for the employees.

I hope you continue to hire such knowledge employees and they are well trained. At times it is difficult to have products or get products, however, this store is doing well.

The products I wanted are products that have to be ordered. The store is convenient to my cabin and the products can be delivered and installed by Home Depot. I would rate this store a 9 out of 10

Smart employees/helpful and very attentive to the concerns of customer. Neat and clean, all health issues are complied with here in the beautiful mountains of Georgia. With ample parking space, an occasional tree under which to settle the vehicle containing our house pet, even more would be greatly appreciated as to locating the canine for protection and security. Most everyone in our tri-state area uses this lovely and well located Blue Ridge, Georgia facility.

Understaffed but I get what I need and the stores location is very convenient for me.

No veteran discounts, prices the same as elsewhere. No customer help throughout the store. I purchased a $500 grill yesterday elswhere and received a discount for my veteran service, I am purchasing an expensive riding mower next weekend, won't be from Home Depot.

We took our broken hot water heater still under warranty back to Home Depot for an exchange. We worked with Home Depot employees Daisy the assistant manager and Mike W. Because our Rheem water heater was purchased in 2016 it took a little time to figure out the exchanged. Mike & Daisy were helpful, nice and work very hard to make sure our exchanged went smooth. Mike W. even helped us unload the old water heater. Because of Home Depot employees like Daisy and Mike who go out of their way to make our experience great we will always recommend and shop Home Depot. Thanks Daisy, Mike W. & Home Depot.

We found the items we went in Home Depot to purchase. Check out was fast and efficient for the item that had to be ordered for us. The employee placing our order was very pleasant.

I purchased 80 bags of mulch one day. The workers that loaded my truck were friendly, efficient, and attentive to my needs. I couldn’t of asked for a better shopping experience!
